失敗。申し訳無いが2度と泊まりたくは無い。
Pros:

セキュリティはしっかりされてた。
宿泊施設は駅から歩いて5分ぐらいなので立地は良い

Cons:

・エアコンをつけても部屋が寒くて寝れなかった
・前に宿泊してた人のゴミがそのままゴミ箱に入ってた
・洗面台の詰まり(水を出すと洗面台に水が溜まる)
・トイレのふたとトイレットペーパーのふたに埃が溜まり汚れが酷かった(長い間の埃と汚れ)
・浴槽も洗っているのか分からないと思うほど汚れやカビがあった
・お湯を沸かすケトルの中に小さなゴミが入ってて底にカビが見えた
・宿泊施設と部屋はカビや下水、埃臭く部屋に居てもトイレの匂いがしてた
・とにかく掃除がされてるのか分からないと思うぐらい不衛生

色々な面で初めての経験ができた。
Pros:

ファミリールームだった為、ベッドもダブルベッド3台で広かった。
駅からも徒歩圏内で助かった。

Cons:

日本語の通じるスタッフがいなかった。
また、チェックイン前に荷物を届けたい旨を前もって伝えて了承を得ていたが、フロントのスタッフが清掃中で電話も繋がらず、ホテル内の入り方も暗証番号を知らされていなかった為分からなかった。電話がやっと繋がり、その後はすぐにメールを送って下さりご対応頂けた。

このようなタイプの宿泊施設に宿泊したことがないので分からないが、日本人向けでは無いのかな？

Amazing staff, Excellent location - would stay again!
Pros:

Super accommodating staff. So helpful. Exceptionally quick response times when communicating. Easy to find. Water pressure in shower was amazing.

Cons:

Small lift (typical of Japan, but tricky with 4 of us and suitcases). Bed was a little hard. Dips in flooring tripped us up a few times.

Pros:

Room was simple, check in easy, great location. Within walking distance to main strip of Akihabara. Vending machine in hotel.

Cons:

Walls are thin and window isn't insulated. Seemed to have a draft, no problem had heat on. Location isn't noisy but could hear others in their rooms until late. Mold in bathroom, they came to rectify which was nice. Beds were springy and old.

Comfortable.
Pros:

We arrived late at night after a long train ride. The check in was smooth with a very friendly staff member helped us. Roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

We would have liked some tea/coffee go with the hot water kettle and cups.

Pros:

The place was very near Akihabara. The staff was very attentive to my messages. The beds and pillows are great.

Cons:

The bathroom is very small. It was hard for me to move and I bet even harder for a big or tall person. No space to change dress. Its a hotel but no free cleaning service. So its not ok to stay here for days. I never saw anyone at the reception so I just send messages using this app. And I always have to ask twice for new sets of towels. And the main downside is, we're in Japan, In Tokyo but the toilet has no bidet.
