Pros:

Closrnrss to the station.

Cons:

Other guests making noise at midnight. Sent message to landlord at midnight and he rectified the situation. Happened 2 times in 2 weeks.

Pros:

Nice, the room was more spacious than I expected, just perfect for one person. There was a stove and dishes what helped me save money on food. The bed was very comfortable. The location isn’t that bad, there are many shops around and it doesn’t take that long to get to Shinjuku which is one of the main spots in Tokyo. The metro station is close. Before the check in I received a full guide with all information, including the location. Therefore it was very easy to find

Cons:

The room was cold. There is AC, but it takes a while before it gets warm. When it does, it feels like the heat is concentrated in one place rather than the whole room. But if you change the wind direction to the whole room, the wind is not as warm. The remote might be a bit complicated for someone who cannot read Japanese or Chinese. I would rather there was a different form of heating, but it wasn’t a big issue

Tesis çok kirliydi... tesis çalışanı mesajlarıma geç cevap veriyordu.. Temizlik şirketi personeli çok yetersiz.. Tesiste terlik gibi kişisel kullanılmasına olan ekipmanlar ortak kullanmamızı istediler... 8 gün konakladığımız tesiste çarşaf değişimi yapılmadı..çarşaf değişimi talep etmemize rağmen konaklama süre boyunca tesis çarşaf değişimi yapılmayacağı söyledi.. Yataklar konforsuzdu.. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum...!

Nothing!

Cons:

Dirty. Broken bed. Our check out time was 11:00 but staff came to our room at 10:30 and opened door by yourself. I was naked. Nasty experience.

It meets the bare minimum.
Pros:

4 minute walk to the nearest station. Also pass by a familymart and a LIFE grocery store on the way there. Area to quite and didn’t hear any noises from the people next and above the room.

Cons:

Very small and pricey but OK to just sleep. Hardly any space for 2 large suitcases and additional shopping. Far from popular tourist spots but honestly felt nice at the end of the night to ride the Seibu Yūrakuchō Line all the way back to Nerima :)

It's a good place for a small single guest who doesn't mine mice running around at night.
Pros:

The room and appliances were clean and in working order.

Cons:

The room is too small for two beds and two people -- absurdly and humorously too small. The apartment is infested with mice.
