Elhelyezkedés és ár-érték arány tekintetében ettől jobban nem is tudtunk volna választani.
Pros:

Központi, de biztonságos helyen, pár percre a legfőbb nevezetességektől, repülőtér fél órára a Havista busszal. A házigazda tüneményes, vendégszerető, segítőkész. A környék éjszaka is teljesen biztonságos.

Cons:

A mosdó lehetne nagyobb és fűthető.

Spacious apartment at great location

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Kedir was easy to reach and helped us so kindly with everything. We really appreciate the great location, and excellent space we had. Our family had a lovely stay and we were so comfortable there. Great thanks to Kedir for a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Kadir, the building manager, contacted us before our arrival and provided useful information about transportation to the property. Kadir also offered his help in organizing taxi pick-up from the airport. He was very supportive and helpful during our 8-night stay in Istanbul. The apartment is good, clean and spacious to host 6 people. Comfortable beds. The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to the mosques, the Palace and Basilica Cistern. Many affordable restaurants nearby. We had a very nice holiday.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly hospitable and welcoming - it felt like we had a local friend looking out for us, which made all the difference. The space itself is perfect for a short stay, very comfortable and close to all the main attractions, with easy access to public transport for exploring Istanbul. I highly recommend!

Bardzo miły gospodarz, udzielił wielu cennych rad i poczęstował świetną turecką herbatą. Dobra lokalizacja - można dojść spacerem do większości atrakcji. Wygodne i czyste łóżka. Polecam restaurację na przeciwko o nazwie Ziya BABA, bardzo smacznie i w dobrej cenie.

Cons:

Kuchnia i malutka łazienka zdecydowanie wymagają porządnego remontu a pokoje odświeżenia. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni

La posizione della casa e la disponibilità e accoglienza dell' host Kadir che è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto per ogni richiesta.

Cons:

La scarsa attrezzatura della cucina e bagno migliorabile. Mancavano due sedie per mangiare in 5 attorno al tavolo.

Hôte kadir exceptionnel j ai visité Istanbul 3 fois avant dans des hôtels differents kadir m a montré les lieux où le shopping ou les restos étaient beaucoup moins chère qu avant
m a donné pas mal de ficelles

La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima e Kadir è un ottimo host, disponibile e attento al cliente. Le camere da letto sono grandi e confortevoli.

Cons:

La cucina non è attrezzata per cucinare. C’è una sola padella così rovinata da non poter essere utilizzata. Anche le stoviglie non erano sufficienti rispetto ai componenti della mia famiglia. Non sono riuscita pertanto a cucinare e abbiamo dovuto mangiare fuori sia a pranzo che a cena. Il lavandino del bagno molto piccolo.

Perfect hospitality
Pros:

Kadir alone is enough for you to book this place. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. From the arrival till the departure Kadir arranged everything perfectly for us.
Communication with him was excellent and he always checked with on us and also gave tips to avoid tourist scam.
The location is perfect just few minutes walk to the main attractions including blue mosque, Haghia Sophia and Top Kapi palace. There is a good restaurant just at the door step and a convenient store just 1 minute walk.
