Service was pathetic.. I had booking they didn’t even bothered to call n confirm… Once I reached the location due to snowfall could not cover last 2 km but they did not bother to call or help.. worst hospitality…So I had to book new hotel at last moment

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff was very respectful and sweet. The rooms were clean and well put together. The washrooms were clean and the were filled with important appliances.

Cons:

The location was a bit off from the local market that we wanted to explore. Took us quite sometime to get there. At night it's very difficult and unsafe to wander outside.

Pros:

Very peaceful location. Good sized room with balcony. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and plenty of hot water.
Plentiful tuktuks at reasonable price to take into Macleodganj centre.

Cons:

Disappointed that the lake which is so described on the hotel site is actually a dried up puddle.
Very steep access to the property. Hard work with luggage.
American breakfast was disappointing. Terrible coffee, toast without preserve and cornflakes with no milk.
No heating in the room so in winter very cold. Though they do provide excellent blankets
