I was travelling with my family. Before reaching the hotel in the morning, I confirmed the owner if the rooms are ready for check in. He said yes. When we reached the hotel, the staff asked us to wait for sometime because the rooms were not ready. There was another family already waiting at the reception and we clearly heard their conversation that they directly came to the hotel for check in. Their stay was not pre booked. The staff then gave us one room on ground floor and another on 2nd floor. I asked them why have they given us the rooms on different floors, he said no other rooms are available. When confronted with the owner, he straight away asked me to get the refund of money and go somewhere else. At the time of booking, he was talking very nicely and politely but after getting the payment, he started talking rudely. He gave the rooms booked for us to another family and was continuously lying on our face. The rooms was not even what we actually booked. I won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. My experience was really bad. Not at all worth the money.
