Good value for price
Pros:

The room is spacious, the water pressure is amazing, the location is great (there’s a supermarket open 24/7 2’ away by walk, and the host is helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The lack of table/desk and unstable internet connection makes it not compatible for work, but other than that, I think it’s good value for the price!

Nice place, spacious room, its really good price for what you get. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great.

Cons:

Ac could be colder and be prepared with mosquito spray if you will stay here.

Pros:

Late check in, pretty good for the price I paid and plenty of shops within walking distance.

Cons:

The nightclub across the road playing music all night extremely loud making it difficult to sleep.
Pillows were not comfortable either.

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

It was cheap and I needed a reliable place to sleep as I was arriving after midnight. The manager was happy to oblige my 2am arrival.

Cons:

My luggage had been lost and I really needed a toothbrush.

Very nice budget stay near downtown.
Pros:

Spacious clean room with bathroom with hot shower. Generally nice. Kind owner spoke Japanese in good way. waited us for late check in..
Also, they run a small grocery store at entrance which you can buy water and some foods, etc.
convenient area, 2 minutes to convenience store..

Cons:

One room got sometimes smell of sewage from AC. but acceptable level..

FYI, It's located at smaller street which taxi car can barely enter..

Would never come back never recommend never talk about it !Booked 3 days before, arrived at 8pm, no room available !
Pros:

Haven’t had the chance to see inside as my room that I booked 3 days in advance got given to someone else.

The fact that I booked and prepaid for a room that has been given to someone else !
