The Gardens

Cons:

Paving needs replacing in all passageways, it looks terrible.
Bathroom in Rooms need a complete revamp, the old original tiles have just been painted over.
The duvet was lumpy.
Stairways leak rain, no one wipes it up, slip hazard.
Lights at dressing table are not bright enough for ladies to apply make up.
Emergency exits on upper floor are wired closed, rendering them useless.
Emergency exit sign outside room 210 hanging by one cable (despite someone out to change a light bulb there same day)
Paddle courts were a waste of money that could have been used to revamp the hotel. No one uses the.
There is too much screaming around pool from kids, this is supposed to be quiet tranquil relaxing area. No sign to say please respect others.
Still no jacuzzi working.

Hotel muy bonito, personal amable. La cena en el restaurante...de categoría.

Cons:

Hubo un problema al comprobar el pago que previamente había realizado, ya que al hotel no le aparecia abonado...pero se resolvió tras aportar los justificantes del pago sin mayor problema.
