Cons:

This Hotel has not been renovated, I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and nothing has changed in the rooms, the bathroom was the same, the shower was not great and there was a water problem

Lovely place and good food, comfortable rooms, beautiful garden, staff could improve.
Pros:

Beautiful gardens, they made a fire for us during dinner time, it was quiet when we were there, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, good rooms.

Cons:

Some of the staff were really not very friendly and it felt like anything we asked was too much to ask for. Some of the rooms also had some fixings in the room that didn’t work, like lights, telephones and subtle things which makes for a good hotel review.
