La ubicación
La cama no es cómoda, se escuchaba muchos ruidos, incluso se oía vibrar el celular de la habitación de al lado, además nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que pagamos, acá decía que tenía balcón y nos dieron una sin balcón, dijeron que esas habitaciones se daban según la disponibilidad pero las que no tenían acá se pagaba menos.
Friendly staff! Felt like they cared about guests. Nice bar and resto.
I came back here because I thought it was nice they offered to call a cab to the airport. The cab didn’t show up but another came by so no problem

Location is good.
It did not live up to it’s expectations as a four star hotel. The room has not properly cleaned, the towels were damp. It may have ticked the boxes to be a four star hotel but it did not feel like it. The staff was nice but not very service oriented. I would suggest finding a different place to stay.
The location was perfect . The room was on the smaller side but perfect for our needs and very clean. The staff suprised us with a little treat at check in for my husbands birthday which was very nice and thoughtful.

Thin walls meant hearing the room next door on occasion. The room cleaning was very inconsistent and amenities (water, coffee, towels) were not always replenished without asking reception
