Fantastische kamer in een prachtige omgeving (park).
Location was perfect, we tried two other hotels within Roma/Condesa and this hotel’s location made all the difference. We loved the small boutique hotel vibe and personalized service. Bed was very comfy. You really have everything you need here. We had moved from a five star big brand hotel and this was 10x better.
Our junior suite patio only had one chair and no view.
The breakfast was fine and the location was great. A lot of things to do close and lots of good eateries.
The spaces were a little cramp.
Location
Staff responses to any questions and recommendations. Joshua, Ian and Gabriel were very kind and helpful
Rooms were nice. Maybe some extra space for belongings
Had a couple delicious meals at the restaurant

- Hard tonfind hotels in CDMX with AC on a quiet street

Location is great - right across from park, walkable to transit & key stores nearby. Bed was comfy, shower & water pressure were good, overall room was a good size (Junior Street). The design touches are beautiful I just don't value form over function.
No terrace. Paid for a "junior suite" (upgrade) for the terrace (outdoor space) and it wasn't there. It's in the listing description, under the facilities and in photos. When I asked about it they just kinda smiled /ignored and no we didn't ask for another room because we could see many of the rooms didn't have a terrace and were concerned about being moved near the stairs where DJ from the rooftop bar and restaurant below was very loud. I asked if there was outdoor space to use and was told I could use the rooftop bar (one of the days only because it was closed) - seems super dishonest and intentional given I see this noted in other reviews.
There was also supposed to be an airport shuttle as part of the booking - they never showed and I need to pay for a taxi at the airport (which is fine but again it was something I expected to get and factored into the cost when I paid for Rodona - which is far more expensive then like hotels in the area).
Lastly, our room was missing many things and while the staff were quick to reply or give us items when we asked they kept saying "this should be in your room already" (eg: coffee pods, bottle opener, body wash, etc) and we asked at one point if they could tell us what we should already have in the room.
Breakfast was simple and good.
The room is very small and there is not a lot of storage
Comodidad cama y ubicación
Poca empatía del personal, no facilitaron hacer check in antes, pagar por ese tipo de desayuno que son 4 rebanadas de pan Bimbo y un café americano
The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day ahead. Delicious coffee, fruit, toast and yogurt! The location of the hotel was perfect, right across the street from Park Mexico, lovely quiet, walkable neighborhood. The hotel is in a charming Art Deco building and is very quiet. It looks to be recently updated; Mexican modern with nice touches in the room. It felt like coming home after a busy day. A lovely rooftop bar. There is a sauna and small work out room which we didn't use. And the staff. The staff absolutely made our stay. Always a buenas Dias or hola. Kind, helpful and genuine. Honestly we can't praise them enough!
Our room was a touch small. We made it work. The closet is a rod with nonremoveable hangers that cannot accommodate a long dress. The bathroom is beautiful with handmade tiles and ingeniously designed but it is a tight space. We had a balcony which we never used because there wasn't much to see and there was only one chair.
el lugar me pareció perfecto. me encantan los hoteles chicos y este supero cualquier otro de los que conozco en cdmx.
la ubicacion es maravillosa!
I booked this hotel because I thought it would be convenient for several restaurants I wanted to visit.
I prepaid for two rooms through booking.com, arrived in Mexico on the evening of my stay, and was told that the hotel was very sorry but did not have my rooms. They moved me to a much cheaper short-term apartment rental 1km away and promised to refund the difference in price ($2000usd on the original reservation vs $600usd for the replacement). Now they are refusing to send the refund. Plainly: I would be wary to recommend this hotel based on the fact that they were not able to check me into the rooms I already paid for. I would absolutely warn against this hotel group because they're not sending the promised refund. If it was a mistake, why keep the money? If you DO book this hotel, be sure you don't get charged until you check in.
