Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Confirmed Booking – Accommodation Unavailable Upon Arrival
We made this reservation through Booking.com while still in Nepal for our travel, with the expectation that our accommodation would be secured.
However, when we arrived at the property on 28 September 2026, the owner informed us that the room was not available, despite our confirmed booking.
This put us in a very difficult and stressful situation. We had to go through considerable hassle and inconvenience to find alternative accommodation immediately after arriving.
Such incidents are extremely disappointing and undermine the trust customers place in Booking.com when making advance reservations.
I kindly request Booking.com to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against the property if necessary, and ensure that such incidents do not happen to other travellers.
Please take this complaint seriously so that no other guest has to experience the same inconvenience and frustration.

And he took my phone and he himself cancelled my booking saying it's for free if not you will be charged this is disgusting

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi for travel, medical, or business purposes. One of the best things about the property is its location in a calm, quiet, and peaceful neighbourhood, making it hard to believe you are still in the middle of a busy city like Delhi.
I booked the King Room with an attached bathroom, which was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool during the summer. The property also has strong and reliable Wi-Fi. There is a common kitchen area with all the essential items guests may need to prepare their own meals.
The host was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The metro station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and there are several good restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and grocery stores nearby, making daily needs easily accessible.
Honestly, the only suggestion I have is that the host should update the property's photos, as the homestay is much better in person than it appears in the pictures on Booking.com. Improved photos would help future guests appreciate how nice the property really is.
Amazing location, peaceful and calm neighbourhood. The host, Abhishek ji is the best in hosting his visitors. Helps you plan your itinerary in Delhi to visit, a really good and very helpful person.

Would definitely recommend to everyone this place . Loved the host behaviour and been so much coperative to me . This location connectivity is also very good with Cannaught place , Greater kailash and even noida also .
Rooms are spacious clean...bathroom and toilets are well maintained.
