Pros:

Location being heart of old town, staff, cleanliness all full marks

Cons:

Too much noise. Though hotel people did mention. For people who wants to sleep early and wake up early- this place should be avoided.

Pros:

I already expected some noise, but my room was on the first floor right next to a bar, and it was quite loud until around 5 AM. I wasn’t really able to sleep well for a couple of nights because of it.

That said, I guess it’s part of the travel adventure—especially when staying in a lively area!

On the bright side, the room itself was nice, and the location was amazing—right inside Kaleiçi (the Old Town). I really enjoyed the late-night walks around the area, which made the experience still memorable.

Cons:

However, I didn’t appreciate a moment of miscommunication regarding a taxi. Two staff members spoke in Turkish right in front of me, and it was quite obvious they were talking about me and my reaction. Even without understanding the language, the tone and situation made it clear, especially as I was already feeling disappointed.

It’s not about the language—it’s about the way it was handled. It felt uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional.

Pros:

Place is nice, few meters from Mermeli beach and Bazar and other places to visit. Persinel is nice, romms look great and are clean, there is everythink what is needed.

Cons:

Keep in mind, that this is center and could be noisy around outside.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If I could give 0 - I would do it immediately l.
Pros:

The only positive about this property is that it looks good on the outside and located in the old town.

Cons:

1. Wall soundproof is poor. You can hear people’s conversations outside with windows closed. There is a bar downstairs and they play loud music from around midnight to 4am. If you came to sleep - good luck with that.
2. My bedsheet had a blood stain and had several holes. Overall, the property is not clean.
3. Property didn’t have hot water.
4. Sockets are pulled from the wall and you can see live conductors. Can easily get electrocuted.
5. Shower door is broken. The rail is either deformed or the runners are broken.

Overall, the property is not liveable. If you want comfort - avoid at all costs. Read the reviews. People do not lie.

The property description on booking doesn’t match the real life conditions. A lot of things are hidden. You can easily get blinded by the nice pictures and the appearance of the hotel. However, the conditions are worst possible.

I had to leave the property after the first night to find something quieter and better.

Property host refused to give a refund for remaining nights as my room was “non-refundable”.

I wish I could attach the video to prove the lack of wall soundproofing.

Nett gemeint, aber Krach unerträglich.
Pros:

Lage ! Zimmer waren schön und hatten alles, was man braucht . Netter Besitzer, kümmert sich Röhrig um jeden einzelnen Gast.

Cons:

Der Krach nachts ist nicht auszuhalten ! Direkt nebenan ein Musikclub , der bis spät 3uhr Live Musik hat … die Bässe wummerten bis in die Matratze.
Und direkt hinterm Haus ein Glacontainer, der rund um die Uhr benutzt wurde, man hatte das Gefühl der steht IM Raum.
Wenn man nur etwas Schlaf braucht … hier gibts das nicht !

Super schöner Kurztrip in ein tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Apartment, tolle Lage und vor allem sehr nette Menschen. Vor allem der Chef, sehr hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sehr zentral gelegen zum Hafen und auch in die Altstadt. Alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Nachdem wir leider technisch kein heißes Wasser hatten, wurde uns ein Zimmer Upgrade angeboten. Es hatte eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür noch mal, Metin.

Very welcoming and friendly
Pros:

The owner and staff were absolutely brilliant, I had a lovely time chatting with them, the room was very well converted from a old stores house

Cons:

The property is very nice no complaints but it is in the party area and the music goes on very late into the early hours so for people that need quiet it's not the place for them really.

Сказать шумно, это не сказать ничего. Это просто кошмар. До 4:00 ночи в нескольких метрах ночной клуб с турецким роком ( живая музыка), бар с открытой террасой где до 4:00 утра выпивала и танцевала молодежь. Спать невозможно!

Pros:

Rooms were lovely for the price and very spacious. Friendly welcoming staff. We were offered upgraded rooms on arrival. One of our guests lost their wallet during our stay and staff were helpful in trying to find this (was later found). Lovely views from the balcony in the family suite.

Cons:

Hotel is located right next to a club so was very loud all night long which did affect our sleep, however we were notified of this in advance and given the opportunity to cancel the booking so this isn't a slight on the hotels behalf as they did make us aware in advance - just something to be aware of.

Unfortunately none of the plug sockets worked in my room, notified a member of staff but wasn't provided any solution to this.

There was also unfortunately no hot water in any of our rooms.

A great location in the center of the old town
Pros:

Great service (customer care). Breakfast served in the room. Clean. (The hotel is located in the center of the old town, so you can hear music and people having fun at night. It didn't bother us, but it's worth knowing. The hotel loyally warns you about this.) I recommend it.

Pros:

Абсолютно ничего не понравилось!

Cons:

Не за что на свете, не оставайтесь в этом отеле! Вы не сможете спать, музыка орёт до 4х утра,(сразу на против отеля два ночных клуба) после музыки люди не спешат вести себя тихо, по этому более менее тишина будет ближе к 8 утра. Номера все очень грязные (я была в трех), в них воняет и присутствует грибок и плесень. Постельное очень старое, и возможно его даже не поменяли перед моим заселением. Персоналу наплевать на вас и всё что вокруг происходит. Фото завтрака прилагается, это был конечно ужас, принесли в номер, так как кафе где обычно постояльцы завтракают было закрыто.
Абсолютно не рекомендую. В три ночи я забронировала новый отель, и уже днём убежала из этого места.
Деньги конечно же не вернули.

В отеле уютно, очень приветливый персонал, особенно хотелось бы отметить Serdar 🫶. Поможет решить любой вопрос, даст ответы на интересующие тебя вопросы! ) Вкусные завтраки . Удобное расположение) Находится в районе Старого города , до всех достопримечательностей пешком. Пляж 5 мин ходьбы)

Pros:

The hotel was very good, the location is wonderful, center of the downtown and very close to all needed areas, restaurants, beach, transportation and many more.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us with all questions or requests asked.

I did not book the hotel with breakfast, so don’t know if it was good or bad.

Cons:

The area was very noisy, parties started around 9-10 pm and continued until 4-5 am, so keep in mind that this area is live and not good if you want to sleep of feel comfortable in your room, while walking, i saw this in all hotels in the downtown.
In my experience, i would choose a hotel outside the downtown as i have a 2 years old kid and my wife, and we could not sleep due to the noise.
