You have to choose well as the street won’t sleep and too loud, if you are okay with that then ln it is good.
Adding the rooms and the place is too small you have to keep in mind.

Под окнами нашего номера находились шумный бар и мусорные баки. Каждый день выглядел одинаково: примерно в 23 начинала играть ОЧЕНЬ громкая музыка, от которой вибрировала мебель; в 4 утра вечеринка заканчивалась, но кто-то начинал рыться в мусорных баках, это сопровождалось звоном стекла; в 5 утра приезжала мусоровозка и с грохотом опустошала баки.
Были проблемы с водой, не всегда в кране была горячая.
Также хотелось бы отметить, что персонал отеля находился за территорией отеля в ресторане, на ресепшене почти никогда никого не было. В случае возникновения вопросов приходилось выходить на улицу, так как на сообщения отвечали очень долго

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM, which was the check-in time, but not a single room was clean and ready.

It was impossible to sleep because there is a nightclub downstairs that stays open until 4:00 AM.

There was no hot water, only cold water.

There were no clean towels.

The electricity went out for about an hour while we were there.

Overall, it was impossible to get any rest. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Night shifts worker should be more kind. Just this!

The property sends a message upon booking to warn about the noise as the hotel is right across the steer from a big disco. The offer a full refund if you are not willing to endure the noise which is appreciated.
This is the only downside about the place, definitely bring earplugs and be advised. For me it is not a reason not to book but it depends on sensitivity of each person.

There was no duvet, just a sheet and folded blankets I didn't discover this until the evening.
The bathroom smelled like a drain after using the toilet and the shower and the smell didnt go away.
It was very loud until 4am, then people were searching through rubbish for bottles below my window as that was where the garbage was.
I wasn't able to get a take away breakfast as I had an early start and was picked up by taxi at 7am

In primis pochissima insonorizzazione tra le stanze. I nostri vicini al piano superiore si son "divertiti" parecchio, mi sembrava di essere in stanza con loro.
Oltretutto, la sera c'é davvero tantissimo casino. Locali, discoteche ecc con musica a tutto volume. Senza tappi alle orecchie non dormite (e forse non bastano nemmeno quelli)

Too much noise. Though hotel people did mention. For people who wants to sleep early and wake up early- this place should be avoided.

However, I didn’t appreciate a moment of miscommunication regarding a taxi. Two staff members spoke in Turkish right in front of me, and it was quite obvious they were talking about me and my reaction. Even without understanding the language, the tone and situation made it clear, especially as I was already feeling disappointed.

It’s not about the language—it’s about the way it was handled. It felt uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional.

1. Wall soundproof is poor. You can hear people’s conversations outside with windows closed. There is a bar downstairs and they play loud music from around midnight to 4am. If you came to sleep - good luck with that.
2. My bedsheet had a blood stain and had several holes. Overall, the property is not clean.
3. Property didn’t have hot water.
4. Sockets are pulled from the wall and you can see live conductors. Can easily get electrocuted.
5. Shower door is broken. The rail is either deformed or the runners are broken.

Overall, the property is not liveable. If you want comfort - avoid at all costs. Read the reviews. People do not lie.

The property description on booking doesn’t match the real life conditions. A lot of things are hidden. You can easily get blinded by the nice pictures and the appearance of the hotel. However, the conditions are worst possible.

I had to leave the property after the first night to find something quieter and better.

Property host refused to give a refund for remaining nights as my room was “non-refundable”.

I wish I could attach the video to prove the lack of wall soundproofing.
