The property is in a run down state. Staff attitude is terrible, especially front office and reservations.

They had the audacity to polish their floors with heavy machinery at 2 am, with the rooms having zero sound proofing. I had to go fire the staff and ask them to turn it off.

Excellent buffet spread for breakfast. Nice ambience in the hotel all around.

Pros:

The best thing about the property was the staff. The F$B manager Deepak went out of his way to make me and my family and friends comfortable

Cons:

I personally would like another restaurant maybe for Chinese or Japanese food if possible. Or maybe a small cafe separately just for coffee and small snacks

The In Room Dining when i asked them to provide me bucket of Ice due to my Daughter has a accident the didnt sent on urgent basis and they send me after a hours and also i asked for some plates and cutleries it was send after 2.5 hrs.

For everything in hotel you need to money even to play games this is nonsense
Hotel Swimming Pool you cannot enter without swiming costumes and the incharge their at Swimming pool rejected us as we were list rubbish people and have come to stay for free the people there are not good they think we are garbage ppl.
