Amazing property and staff!!

Awesome experience and nice staff

Such a fun and unique hotel! Loved this place and would definitely come back. Everything is well kept. They wash the windows daily to assure you are able to see your view clearly. The view of the ocean and the sounds of the ocean are amazing, really cool to watch the surfers too. It's fully tinted on the outside so no one can see inside, (with the exception of at night with the lights on, so close the curtains when changing at night). Pool is well kept. The breakfast is made to order and very good! They have a self serve check out system for snacks and drinks. Translation app was used a lot but only because my Spanish is not great haha. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel that is really good but there was not much else in walking distance. The hotel set up our transportation to the airport, we did not have cash so we paid them and they paid the taxi. They communicate very fast and are very nice and accommodating!

Wow, what a perfect retreat. Right on the coast with a beautiful pool and grounds. There are only "five" tents which makes for a very private and peaceful stay. They have a self service pantry open 24/7 with great snack, drinks, ice cream and filtered water. Staff are super helpful. Good breakfast included and lunch and dinner options available. Would definitely stay again.

This is the first time I have stayed here and will not stay anywhere else when in El Zonte again. This hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. I was shocked I had not seen it before since it was my 4th trip to El Zonte. The staff is very friendly and parking is super easy. There is no place for dinner, but you have your own space in their refrigerators so you can bring whatever you need and there is a restaurant right down the beach. This place is super clean and right on the beach. Showers are super clean and you have hot water.

My second time visiting. Beautiful place but if you go out and return late good luck getting in. The door man falls asleep failing to let you in through the gate. I had to climb through the beach to get inside the resort. It happened during both my stays, Otherwise a great experience.

Loved this place, very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very nice and friendly; they keep this place very clean. They do not have a bar neither a restaurant, but they have a little store with beer, drinks & snacks. They also offer massages with was awesome. Room is very spacious, and the view was breath taking. A very different experience, I am planning to come back.

Lo q no me gusto es q cuando reserve vi la foto de la orilla de la playa sin piedras y si tenia muchas piedras y fui hasta surf city pq no me dijieron q a 5 minutos caminando estaba la entrada de la playa el zonte seria bueno q en resepcion te dejen saber q esta cerca la playa cuando la playa tiene muchas piedras frente al hotel pero quede encantada por todo me gusto mucho mi experiencia

So beautiful! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Rooms was super clean and the view was breath taking! Food was 10/10 super yummy. Definitely recommend

The service was amazing. The staff made us feel welcomed.

Great place, excellent communication, the included breakfast was very good. We did a large bag of laundry for $15 and had 1 hour massages for $50. It was centrally located directly in front of a great surf break and 200 meters from a sandy beach for swimming. A/C was great and hot water for showers.

The hotel was nice and the staff was also friendly and very attentive the reason why I give it a 4 star review is because the door in the number 3 room wasn’t working properly it took a whole day to have it fix they had to go in through a window un-glue it to unblock the door it was an inconvenience to be able to enjoy privacy and be able to relax in the room. I mentioned to the lady in charge that day that I should get some kind of discount for the room and she said she would let upper management know but she didn’t mention anything at time of check out. My family booked basically the entire hotel we had a party of 16 people we all got ocean view . Breakfast was good but not a lot of food service and you have to order everything through an iPad which it was inconvenient for older people like my mother-law that’s 72 years old.

Will definitely stay again, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Great waves directly out front for surfing. Walkable to both sides of el zonte

Beautiful property and wonderful staff, you simply cant beat the amenities, either. We hope to be back soon!
