One of the best views we’ve ever had from a hotel room
Pros:

Fabulous views over the Ella Gap from our room balcony and the rooftop pool.
Staff were fantastic, a special mention to Kavinda and Supun.
Good breakfast in the morning.

Pros:

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfect hotel for 3 nights to explore Ella. The view of Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak from the room were gorgeous, and there’s an infinity pool on the roof which is an added bonus. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! Breakfast delish.

Pros:

The accommodation was in a perfect location right in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the main sights. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the ideal place to stay while exploring Ella. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the town!

Baby cot- sheet was dirty lucky we bought our own sheet but it was a little bit for our baby so she slept

Amazing view, good hotel, can do with a bit more insulation
Pros:

We stayed in Deluxe room 401 - room is new / lots of light. The view from the room is amazing.

Cons:

Noise insulation is very bad. People walking above us in the terrace, chairs moving, corridors echoing- you can hear it all. With closed doors to the balcony we still could hear our neighbours in room 402. Opposite the hotel there is some construction work. We could hear them cutting some metal in the evening . To reduce noise we had to close the balcony doors and close the curtains (which then kills the view).

Property is on a steep hill, it’s maybe 100-200m walk up- has not been too much of a problem for us - but consider this if you are with children or elderly.
