No WiFi connectivity for rooms on the side of the gate.

Poor admin: I booked on booking.com but when I checked in the reception or admin was not expecting me, she had to call someone to verify, and I was asked when did I book, how did I book, it took them 10 minutes to confirm. It was a turn off to me.

The road to the property is not busy and the are not road signs to guide you to property . If you driving at night you might think you reached the end of the road.

I liked everything

When we got there, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, microwave is outside yet there’re no how’s now we have to wear to go out. The worst of all is having no water in the rooms, we we thirsty the whole night

Yho, i made noise about the initial room i was allocated!
I am not sure of the room number, but it is a BACK ROOM. The only one that is not inside the main building. I personally think that room was an after-thought, that was turned into an additional bedroom. The room is very small, much much smaller than the rest of the rooms that are more spacious with beautiful bathrooms, and generally elegant. The "back room" has only a shower, no bathtub. They have tried to make it a bit comfortable, but you can tell that it's standard is very very low compared to the rest of the bedrooms. This property is sold to the public as a BOUTIQUE HOTEL, and it must be presented as such. That particular room kills the whole boutique feel because of its location. If they sell it as a normal standard room, it must be listed as such. I bitterly complained because we had booked 5 rooms, and i was the only one that was checked into the back room, which i disputed. The Manager made a decision to change me to another room, after a very long argument with him. The new room was conveniently close to the rest of my people, and i was a happy customer after that. But what worried me was that even though the Manager changed me to another room, he kept on saying that he was being put in a difficult position with the customer who was yet to check in. Why? Was the customer who had not checked in more special than i am? Did they know which room they were going to be checked in? Were they pre-checked in? Did we not pay the same amount of money for the rooms? I know for sure, that i had paid the same amount of money with the rest of the people i was with, who occupied the other 4 rooms. They must be careful on how they sell that back-room. If i had paid knowing i was booking a back-room, and it is way cheaper than the rest of the rooms, i would have not made noise at all. Other than that, what a beautiful place! That is my only complaint on my stay at the hotel.

The service

The fact that I couldn’t lock the main door handle was broken I reported this to the lady whose working from 2pm till 10pm that lady was rude the only person who gave us good service it was Victoria the carpets are dirty please fix the doors safety first and that lady whose working at night when you check in she’s the worst, the jacuzzi was not working 🥴🥴
