Pros:

The ambiance, location and staff was superb.

Cons:

There's room for improvement though. Attention to small details that add on to the overall experience and comfort. Communication around meals and meal times for example was a bit of an issue

Pros:

The Place is beautiful, I Loved it and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

I disliked the fact that some of the facilitors were not working like the cinema room, Roof top not working, hot bath not working. Majority of the entertainment areas were not working, Pool closed at 6pm in dec not on.

Good stay except for TV & main gate.
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful.
Room was spacious & comfortable.

Cons:

1. Breakfast & dinner options weren’t advised until I asked. 2. Hotel offered free WiFi but I had to ask for the code. The TV couldn’t connect to the WiFi so we couldn’t use it. 3. The main gate had issues with opening & closing so I had to ask the staff to open or close.

The hotel itself is very presentable with lovely furnishings and garden, but overall poor.
Pros:

The breakfast was sub standard, you had to preorder from a menu and all the food was delivered to the table as one serving. By the time you were ready to eat the second course, all the food was cold.

Cons:

The bathroom was a disappointment, some of the tiles are broken, the shower door has a gap when closed, the toilet seat is broken and the general appearance is not up to the standard of the room. ( room no 5 )

Nice stay, negatives don't cause it.
Pros:

The place was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and understanding. There were 3 issues:

1- The road getting there was horrible in a few places (no fault of Bophirima).
2- Cellphone signal was not good. The wifi network was also very slow (which is fine, since holidays are actually a time to digitally detox. So not a problem)
3- The rooms are all advertised to have a spa bath (jacuzzi). This is not correct. There is a communal jacuzzi which wasn't in operation during our stay.


Besides the above, everything was wonderful. The staff were accommodating. The hosts were accommodating. The gym and massage chair was quite nice. We jad the place mostly to ourselves so it was great. The pool was nice and cold especially in the hot weather. The aircorn provided good relief against the heat too. The room was spacious and comfy. The gardens are well kept.

However, we actually enjoyed ourselves and the negatives mentioned above are just as information and not as complaints.

We enjoyed the place so much, we increased our stay there

The property shows potential but requires properly trained staff and maintenance work.
Pros:

The gardens are beautiful.

Cons:

The staff are not suitably competent to welcome guests and meet their needs. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Our room requires maintenance. The bar / restaurant area was not what we hoped for. The wifi had continued trouble shooting errors.
