Pros:

Had asked for info on bike rental before arriving and was provided with full information.
Upon arriving I was given a card of the place. It’s the little things!

Excellent location
Pros:

The view from our balcony was stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection was good. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

We are not a fan of cooked breakfasts that are served buffet style, bacon and eggs are much better freshly cooked. Having said that it wouldn't prevent us from staying there again and there are a few items that are freshly cooked like eggs benedict and eggs royale.

A wonderful stay in a stunningly beautiful place with lovely family memories made
Pros:

Beautiful location, stunning scenery, clean and comfortable room in a gorgeous hotel with staff that were the friendliest, kindest and most helpful I have ever come across. They couldn’t do enough for you to ensure that your stay was as comfortable as possible. I would stay there again just for the staff alone

Pros:

Had a wonderful free upgrade to sea view. Sea was high every morning right under my window. Did not have breakfast. Staff was so friendly and so polite. Super impressed

Excellent customer service, however I felt the room was over priced ,a little disappointed.

Paid over £500 for 2 night stay .Room was small, no robes ,slippers or small fridge an the room decor needs refreshing.

Fabulous as spent most of the days on the beach, just 2 meters to beach and easy access to the room
Pros:

Breakfast catered for every taste and delicious.The room was big enough, clean and comfortable with fabulous views, but the only thing missing was a fridge. Just somewhere to keep drinks cold would have been so much better. Good selection of food for the evening meal, well cooked and presented. They fit us all in for a meal, 5 adults and 3 children without much notice. Very amenable.
Maybe we needed to upgrade for a fridge ?

The absence of a fridge to keep even just drinks cold .

Great stay in St Brelade. Would highly recommend
Pros:

All the staff were Very friendly. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer any questions we had. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the day we checked out the staff were amazing. The hotel was situated on a beautiful beach and our room had great views. Transit to St Helier from the hotel was very easy by bus. Easy to just walk out to the beach from the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing, we loved our stay.
