Overall property was very good and I would love to stay there again.
Pros:

Property was nice and clean. Attentive staff. Good size and good value for the money.
Breakfast timings were very relaxed. Breakfast items were limited but very good and sufficient for normal breakfast.

Cons:

There was not much shopping or restaurants at walking distance but you could order it for delivery.
Glass partition in shower was not big enough. Floor outside shower still got wet while taking shower.

Pros:

The property is beautifully renovated and looks exactly like the photos. What truly stood out, however, was the staff their warm hospitality and constant smiles made us feel right at home. Plus, the location is unbeatable; being directly opposite the metro station made commuting incredibly easy.

Good stay but services could have been better
Pros:

1. The property was very nice, reception & lobby.
2. Living room, bedroom, washroom were spacious & had all the good facilities. The interiors & lighting was good.
3. Location was good

Cons:

1. I felt the reception staff could have been better & more accommodating when I requested 30 mins extra during checkout.
2 No one was picking up phones most of the time. Tried reception & kitchen nos. multiple times
3. Kitchen staff refused to prepare food at 9.45pm although on menu it was shown we can order till 10.30pm.
That too no one picked phone & I had to manually visit kichen.
4. In my bedroom, the side wall was cracked & cement was wearing off & side drawer was malfunctioning, it remained opened only. Other than that, rooms & utilities were good.

Wonderful trip, great experience, pleasant stay
Pros:

I stayed at Kyomi Service Apartments for three days, and it was the most wonderful experience of my first trip to India, comparable only to visiting the Taj Mahal.
The room (though it's probably wrong to call it a room, as it was a full-size apartment with everything you need) was clean, cozy, and incredibly beautiful, as was the entire hotel.
I'd especially like to highlight the professional and personal qualities of the entire staff, from security to the restaurant staff. Their exceptional friendliness, readyness to help in any situation, politeness and sensitivity made the stay truly unforgettable.
Thank you very much, I will look forward for my next trip to stay again in this wonderful hotel and will definitely recommend my friends to do so too
