Good Stay
Pros:

The apartment itself and the location are Superb.

Cons:

I think some apartments for the price they are charged should provide a decent location balcony. So those apartments whose balconies are not a great location (such as directly in front of another residential building) should be charged less.

Was happy to be back
Pros:

I was back at the property for a short stay and was helped with luggage and late night checkin. The rooms were clean as expected and facilities were good.

Cons:

I just spent few hours and slept on this occasion, so nothing to complain about.

Shocking and unpleasant experience
Cons:

Very bad experience. The accommodation was booked well in advance for four nights. Suddenly they asked us for advance. We sent Rs 10,000/= by bank transfer. The very next day they sent a terse message that our booking was cancelled due to maintenance issues. We were shocked. We made our displeasure felt. We said that they should have called us up , explained the situation and offered us some other alternative. Which they did reluctantly.....but we lost trust in them and asked them to refund our advance. They did refund.
But we are senior citizens...we had medical appointments. We had to cancel everything. We stay in Uttarakhand.
Didn't expect this after booking through Booking.Com.
Very dissatisfied. Now we have to delay are medical appointments as doctor only available much later. This has never happened to us before.
