Einfach alles.

Cons:

Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr hoch und wenn man mit dem Rücken oder Knie Beschwerden hat, dann hätte ich mir eine Halterung gewünscht, wo man sich festhalten kann, um sicher sowohl rein als auch raus zu kommen.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Gut zu erreichen. Leckeres Frühstück und gut ausgestattete Zimmer.
Pros:

Schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Alles top sauber. Frühstück bot viel Auswahl! Parken direkt im Hof. Werden sicher wieder dort buchen, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Cons:

Keine Beanstandungen!

Удобная кровать и чистая постель. Завтрак вполне приличный.

Cons:

Очень грязный номер. Такое впечатление, что его не убирают вообще. Только постельное меняют. Ни одна розетка не работала в номере. Очень тусклое верхнее освещение было, попытались включить лампу у кровати…и свет вырубился на всем этаже… на балконе куча пустых бутылок, пакеты с мусором. А на полу в номере были отпечатки грязи с обуви…

Mit Abstand das günstigste Hotel.
Das junge Team war sehr bemüht.

Das Hotel wurde erst Anfang des Jahres in einem nicht so guten Zustand übernommen, das Team ist sehr bemüht alles hin zu bekommen.
Leider war mein Bett defekt, ein Zimmer Wechsel nicht möglich da Ausgebucht. Der "Hausmeister" nicht greifbar so musste ich es selbst notdürftig reparieren damit ich schlafen kann.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wer nicht satt wird hat selber schuld allerdings war hier das Personal reichlich überfordert. Es gab teilweise keine Teller, Tassen und Besteck.
Wenn man weiß das eine Menge von Menschen aus drei Bussen den Frühstücksraum stürmen, und man weiß das diese Menschen leider auch kein benehmen haben, ich habe noch nie eine solche Verschwendung von Lebensmitteln gesehen, dann muss dort mehr Personal zur Verfügung stehen. Ich habe selbst das Geschirr zusammen gestellt damit wir überhaupt einen Platz hatten, die Tische wurden auch leider nicht Zeitnah abgeräumt. Das war Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag der Fall.
Ich wünsche dem Team viel Glück bessere Gäste.

Very disappointing stay.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant.
First of all, the on-site parking advertised in the booking conditions as not requiring a reservation was not available. We were simply told that there were no spaces left and were advised to park on the street, quite far from the entrance to our building.
Secondly, the room was poorly equipped. We stayed as a couple, but there was no bedside table next to one of the beds. It seemed we were expected to keep personal items like a phone, water, or tablet on the floor.
The bathroom was in a very poor and unclean condition, with mold and dirt visible on all silicone seals around the sink and bathtub.
However, the most disappointing aspect was the staff. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and communicated reluctantly with very short responses. A particularly unpleasant situation occurred with breakfast: according to Booking, it is served until 9:30. When we arrived shortly after 9:00, we were told that breakfast had already finished at 9:00 and that we would not receive the breakfast we had paid for. When we tried to clarify, the receptionist responded rudely and almost shouted, saying that the information on Booking had simply not been updated. At the same time, we were not informed about any changes at check-in, and there was no information about updated breakfast hours at the reception.
Overall, the level of service and attitude toward guests was very poor. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
