Relaxing and comfortable stay in a perfect location
Pros:

I liked everything about my stay in Hedi - perfect location, tranquility, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and very nice hosts! There is also a clean pool, which gives you the chance to spend a relaxing and peaceful time when you are not at one of the two beaches nearby.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Чудесен семеен хотел
Pros:

Оптимални условия за почивка, изключително гостоприемни и любезни домакини. Къщата е с много удобно разположение, близо до двата плажа и на пешеходно разстояние от стария град. Стаята е голяма, има веранда с изглед към добре оформения двор и басейн. Районът е тих и спокоен. Закуската е приготвена на място и качествена.

Pros:

On a bien apprécié le contact avec le personnel,la place de parking,et le petit déjeuner maison très bien.
La petite piscine est agréables.

Cons:

On n'est pas habitué avoir la douche avec les WC
Manque juste un sèche cheveux et des verres dans la chambre.

Добро местоположение,много чисто,басейнът е хубав и чист

Cons:

Стаята е малка и климатика духа точно срещу леглото а няма комарници за да спиш на отворена веата паркинг е наличен само за 3 стаи а са 9 а и разбрах че трябва да се заплаща допълнително.Ресторант няма а пише че има Помещението в което се закусва не е климатизирано.Закуската е оскъдна и имаш една напитка безплатно,това значи ако поръчаш кафе и вода едното трябва да го заплатиш.Мисля че за 180 лв за нощувка може да се желае повече

Locatia merita! Personalul e in regula, dar trebuie sa stii limba gimnastica, curatenie si aspectul camerelor merita mai

Locatia excelenta, simplu de ajuns, si personalul dragut.

Cons:

Limba engleza, a fost destul de grea pentru ei, am reusit sa discutam, dar anevoios. Era doar un baiat care discuta in engleza, si dupa ce am facut check inul , nu l-am mai vazut.
Viteza internetului testat,avea 7mbps, -10mbps, spre exemplu eu nu am reusit sa ma uit la un film, pentru ca nu se incarca deloc… iar 7-10 mbps e foarte putin, aproape ca nu imi functiona nici telefonul. Din baie venea un miros teribil, mai ales ca femeile de la curatenie dupa ce intrau in camera si puneau propoape noi, inchideau usa la baie , si cand ma intoarceam in camera si deschideam usa de la baie efectiv venea putoare timp de o ora.
La plata am avut o surpriza, eu am
Pus cardul pe booking si am facut rezervarea, cu plata la locatie, dar la final cand am vrut sa platesc cu cardul, m au rugat sa le trimit banii intr -un iban si sa le dau screenshot cu confirmarea platii. Intr-un cont separat, personal. Dar am fost atent sa pun la detalii ca platesc servicii de cazare si restaurant! Am platit inclusiv parcarea pe strada, 15 leva pe zi, pe locurile primariei practic, 15 leva care intrau direct in buzunarul lor. Nu parea ca sunt locuri private ,mai ales locul unde eu am parcat, un colt de strada, care nici macar nu era marcat intr-un fel. Am observat ca in jurul meu erau locuri marcate si probabil erau si marcate cu numele vilei, dar specific locul meu nu era marcat in niciun fel, era un colt de strada.
Curatenia, era asa si asa, in baie cand m-am cazat am gasit mult par al fetelor de la curatenie, pe gresie care fusese intins cu mopul, si era proaspat ud. La check in , am avut de asteptat, o ora jumate in plus. Am ajuns la cazare la 13:30 si ora de cazare era 14:00 dar ne au zis la 14 reveniti intr o ora, plimbati-va ca nu e gata camera, si am revenit la 15 si tot nu era gata, deci practic am asteptat destul… si mai e ceva, cand am ajuns in camera nu erau pahare, intre timp in 15 minute mi au adus.
