The hotel facilities are good, clean and tidy.
The sea view is really beautiful.

Cons:

In my opinion as a mother of 4 children, this hotel is NOT family-child- friendly.

At 7pm the staff came to my room and gave instructions not to make any more noise from my children. After that warning, our vacation mood was ruined.

Children need to be puppets while on vacation. I paid for 2 rooms, and our situation was like in prison because we could not make any movement or noise that might disturb other residents.

In my opinion, the Milano hotel is only suitable for honeymoon couples and business purposes.

When in the breakfast area, my child was reprimanded again. I don't understand why the Milano staff is so insensitive to children.

Indeed, the Milano hotel is very, very unfriendly to tourists. The hotel only looks after their interests. I will not stay here again. Very disappointing.
