What a fantastic spot to stay for 6 nights, just past Exeter St. David’s. Both Tony and Christine were exceptional hosts. They offer a cozy and quiet spot, all your own, with plenty of space, a delicious breakfast and a wonderful hot shower. Their home was extremely clean and welcoming. Both Tony and Christine were available to help with ideas, when/if needed, of things to do in and around Exeter. Why stay in a cookie-cutter hotel when you can be spoiled at their home in Exeter?

Fabulous, in a great location on the edge of the city with lovely views. Super friendly personalised welcome. You're in the loft space, which is spacious and airy, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Great shower en suite. Good to have an iron and ironing board. Fridge has everything to serve your own breakfast in the room (cereals, yoghurts and toast) and there's a coffee maker. Easy parking in the side streets over the weekend (not sure about weekdays). Wish we could stay longer and 100% recommend.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Auto konnten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe, des Hauses, abstellen. Die Wohnung / Zimmer war im Obergeschoß und ist sehr gut eingerichtet / ausgebaut. Ein helles Zimmer. Wenn man die Fenster zur Straße nachts schließt und die zur Gartenseite auf lässt, ist wenig von den Straßengeräuschen zu hören. Aus den Fenstern hat man schöne Aussichten. Man konnte gut schlafen.
Der Bus zur Innenstadt hält unmittelbar vor der Tür. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine waren da.

Wonderful hosts, really comfortable accommodation, quiet location which was very convenient for my visit to the university. Already looking forward to staying again next time I'm in Exeter!

The room was large, beautiful, and quiet. Our hosts were friendly, gracious, and helpful getting the luggage upstairs. We were away from the hustle and bustle of Exeter, but close enough for a short drive to sights and restaurants.

The host was super welcoming and there were lots of nice touches such as orange juice, teas, jams and wine glasses.

The upstairs loft was everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It was comfortable and spotless. We felt at home and the host were friendly and welcoming. The windows provided a wonderful breeze and blinds kept the light out. Great shower. Lovely breakfast was supplied. No problems parking. Thank you for a great stay.

Christine and Tony were wonderful hosts. Not only did they provide lovely accommodation that was very clean, comfortable, light and beautifully decorated, but they also provided us with support and guidance during a medical issue. We were very thankful for their assistance.

Absolutely excellent hosts, location and facilities. Really enjoyed my stay with Tony and Christine (and Tilly!). The breakfast in my room was brilliant and the bed was super comfy!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was excellent, with a really comfortable bed, sofa, mini fridge and well equipped bathroom. Quiet location and superb views.. The breakfast was provided in the bedroom which enhanced our relaxing stay. Another thoughtful touch was a welcoming personalised leaftlet that provided the WiFi code, host contact numbers and recommendations for local restaurants and pubs.. We arrived by train and were able to easily travel around by the local bus service and taxi service. A day trip by train to Exmouth proved an excellent day out. We also loved meeting Tilly,, the little friendly dog.
