Pros:

Les extérieurs magnifiques et bien entretenus avec jardin tropical et piscine. Restaurant agréable et service très sympathique. Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes.

Cons:

Les lits un peu mous, qualité de TV différente entre les chambres, sèche cheveux HS.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds and plants, loved the warm pools. Breakfast had 3 options and was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön im Grünen, mit einer tollen Poolanlage. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Gutes W-Lan. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Hotel com belo paisagismo, com chalés espalhados pelo jardim. Pessoal do restaurante muito simpático

Cons:

Estávamos em dois chalés. Num deles não tinha nenhum lugar para pendurar nem mesmo as toalhas de banho. Pedimos na portaria que providenciassem algum cabide ou coisa parecida mas não fomos atendidas. No outro chalé havia cabides e ganchos.

L'ampiezza della stanza, la presentazione creativa degli asciugamani, il giardino e le piscine.

Beautiful landscaping
Pros:

Very well kepf hotel, beautiful landscaping, a river running along the property. Beautiful pool with 3 jacuzzis at different temperatures. Views to the volcano. Good breakfast (in most places in Costa Rica, it is not buffet breakfast, rather you choose one plate) - but it should include fruits... Very spacious room. Close enough to la Fortuna.

Cons:

A few details: that the room lacks in decoration and hangers (there are no places to hang anything nor a wardrobre); there are no windows in the bathroom, which keeps a weird smell in the room and things just won't dry... There should be a protection net in the bedroom window if you want to open it without bugs coming in... There are no blackout curtains in the room so it gets a lot of light, even during the night (there was a light post right in front of the bedroom we stayed in); mattress was a bit more on the hard side...

Nice hotel, but disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is nice with very elegant gardening and good breakfast. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

The room we received had a problem with toilet flushing (a technician came to fix, and it broke again the following day) and di not have hot water in the shower. After complaining, we were switched to another room, in which things were fine. However, there was no WiFi or cellular reception in the room, although the hotel did have WiFi in public areas.
