Das was gut war, war der Balkon das Frühstück und die Lage. Wir waren nur für zwei Nächte dort.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alles fällt fast auseinander. Das Bad ziemlich verkalkt. Nach dem Duschen findet im ganzen Bad eine Überschwemmung statt Der Schrank drohte zusammen zu brechen und das Sofa ist bereit für den Sperrmüll. Schade.

I loved the location.
Pros:

I loved the location, beachfront as well as the breakfast, which was standard Mediterranean breakfast with a good variety.

Cons:

The hotel has not been upgraded with modern amenities. No basics, such as water, coffee and tea in the rooms or lounge area , no guest towel for usage on the beach.

Clean and very nicely refurbished. The people were also incredibly friendly.

Cons:

Nothing, the property was welcoming, sunny and a nice atmosphere. Very nice and convenient place to stay before an early morning flight.

Kind and helpful staff- perfection location and on the beach
Pros:

The entire team was very friendly and super helpful.
They helped me a lot. The reception lady is so kind funny and very helpful. Ibrahim was a pleasure to meet and chat with. The location is in the middle of all the best attractions. I am glad I stayed there

Pros:

I booked this hotel because of the location - right on front of a beach. There are a few supermarkets nearby, and in 5 minutes of walk you reach the promenade that goes to central Fethiye, the walk is about 45-60 minutes, quite enjoyable, as there are parks and cafeterias and beautiful views to the sea. There are free public parking spaces in front of the hotel. There is a very nice balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views to the mountains and the nearby boat channel. The WiFi was strong, the place also has a restaurant, but I did not try it. The rooms need renovation, but for the price I paid I am happy with what I got.

Cons:

The bathroom equipment was quite run-down. Cleanliness was also not great, in the wardrobe there was a forgotten pair of underwear from I guess a previous guest, the toilet was not cleaned after a previous guest. Apart from that things were OK.

Pros:

Beach is right next to the building, people are nice. Reachable for rental scooters.

Cons:

The facilities are a disaster. Renovation is needed really really badly.
