Pros:

Отдыхали с 3-7 августа 2025 с друзьями, нас было 6 чел. Хозяин Акоп очень приятный и отзывчивый человек. Откликался на любую просьбу, был максимально дружелюбен. Спасибо ему большое за теплый прием. Рядом с отелем находится крупный торговый центр, там есть все при необходимости. Есть рядом оптовый цветочный рынок,фруктовый рынок,футбольный стадион)))
В номерах было чисто. Кондиционер, холодильник, сейф-всё работало исправно. Также на этаже есть общая кухня в круглосуточном доступе, где есть всё необходимое, можно приготовить/подогреть еду и горячие напитки в любое время.
На такси до центра города +/- 15 мин.

Vhodne pro kratky a dlouhy pobyt
Pros:

- blizko vystavište.
- neni daleko dobrá restaurace ACORI.
- pohostinstvi pana Hakopa: nabidl mi sezoni ovoce ( švestky a broskve), mistni sladke pečivo, v den odjezda dal možnost zůstat na pokoje po ukončeni pobytu , nabidl kavu a odvez mi vlastnim autem na zastavku autobusu do letiště.
- prostorný pokoj a velký balkon
- pohodlná matrace
- pohodlná rozkládací pohovka
- jidelna se vybavenou kuchyně

Cons:

- nestabilni internet, celkem je dobrý, ale občas propada.
- sprcha musí být opravena: spínací regulátory nefungují a když je voda zapnutá, teče současně přímo z horního rozdělovače, ze sprchy na pružné hadici a z kohoutku

Exceptional
Pros:

In a cozy and quiet place with a very kind lady who was in charge of the hotel, I stayed there. If I visit Yerevan again, I will definitely go back to that place. However, it’s a bit far from public transportation. I had a rental car, and if you have a car, I highly recommend this hotel to you.
