A nice, spacious unit in a great location, decent value, but could be more comfortable.
Pros:

A very good location for cafes, high-end clothing stores, and a grocery store is only a few blocks away. A 40-minute walk to the historic centre, but at least one bus is very close and the closest Metro station cuts walking time in half. The central train station is less than a 20-minute walk. The unit is very spacious, with a nice bathroom. The owner/manager responds quickly, but there is very limited on-site service.

Cons:

We were in the Messina unit for a week. Neither the bed nor the sofa were comfortable for me, but the bed was OK for my wife. The kitchen is good, but could use a toaster. The fridge has no freezer for ice. A Nespresso coffee machine is supplied, but you must buy your own pods. (Strangely, pods for a different model were available in the shared supply closet outside the unit.) The unit 'boasts' a balcony, but it's full of equipment and there's only about a square metre of open space. The view is dismal.

The property description advertises a "beachfront" location, however, the building is about 300 m from the sea, and there is no water access at that point. From our room, there was no "stunning sea view" although perhaps that applies to other units. Owners should not make these general claims unless they apply to all units.

A very well presented and clean apartment in a quiet part of Catania.
Pros:

A very clean spacious and well designed apartment.We especially liked the extra touches provided like oil,salt etc.The location is out of Catania a little which made it more relaxing,buses were nearby so it was easy to get around.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Modern und sauber. Gut für längere Aufenthalte
Pros:

sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr modern. Nur eine Waschmöglichkeit wäre noch gut gewesen. Alles hat gut geklappt. Schwimmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Cons:

die Lage war etwas weit von allem entfernt und es gab wenig Restaurants in der Nähe. Dafür aber Anbindung mit Bus/U-Bahn und man kann in ca. 30 min zum Zentrum gehen. Das gute an der Lage war die Nähe zum Meer und einer guten Stelle zum Schwimmen.

部屋は最高にキレイ！
帰りの空港までのタクシーを手配してくださったりと、スタッフの方も丁寧でした。

Cons:

コレはbooking.com側の問題かと思いますが、ホテルで検索して決めたのに、スタッフの方からはハッキリと「ホテルでは無い」と言われました。

タオル交換がないのも減点。
しかもサイトには記載がなかったので少々困りました。

あと、空港からは少し遠いかな。

Pros:

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It’s full of facilities, modern and functional. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood with cafes (bars), and the train station is right across the road and it’s 10 min to tje bus stop to the buses to Taormina and other major tourist attractions. Totally recommended!

quiet and safe
Pros:

The apartment is modern and clean, very comfortable bed. It was very cozy to stay there, I would book it again

Cons:

No option to turn off A/C at night only by taking out the key for the entire electricity- which is not convenient. When it’s on, it’s very loud in the bedroom and not possible to sleep. The glass door in the shower is leaking. Coffee machine makes only espresso, no milk or cream was offered

Just wonderful! Strongly recommend.
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights in one bedroom appartment and it was big enough for us and our son. The appartment was exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable and had everything you would need. Just wonderful! The location is not in the historical center, but it was so close to main attractions that we even didn't noticed the distante (10 minutes walk to Catania Centrale (rail station) or you can take metro from Galatea station). We felt safe all the time. The communication with the host (Valentina) was easy. We arrived late in night and she was kind and helpful explaining and guiding us on how to enter the appartment (there are codes at the entrances, very easy to use). We recommend this appartment with no doubts.

Great apartment, minor(!) points for improvements
Pros:

High quality furniture and facilities, very stylish design, overall great apartment and location (not in the historic old town but close to Piazza Europa)

Cons:

Some minor points (overall really great apartment):
Smart TV only had one app (YouTube) and ScreenMirroring from tablet or phone was not possible (disabled?) -> does not fit the quality of the rest of the apartment
Balcony unfortunately not really usable since all plumbing and AC equipment was cramped on there
Free change of towels would have been nice for a stay of over one week (was available at 25€ extra)

Lovely stay in the wonderful apartment room with a great location.
