Bad bad experience
Pros:

The place is clean and neat

Cons:

We had paid to stay here for 3 nights, but the service and hospitality here was so poor that we checked out in 2!

Basic things like drinking water was not provided. Food also was an issue, breakfast doesn’t start until after 9/9.30. No staff is available to provide lunch till 1.30 pm. This place is a big no no if you’re travelling with a baby.

Approach is poor and extremely poor service. No warmth and service from the staff.

Pros:

It was neat and clean. It is nearby heart of the Panchgani. Rooms are spacious. Dining area is having beautiful view.

Cons:

Road to reach property is in bad condition. It's risky to travel to property from main road. Need to appoint experienced cook and have variety of food.

Good start for 2024.
Pros:

Had gone with my family to celebrate new year in Mahabaleshwar. The hotel has a very superb view. Staff and ambiance was very good. Food was excellent.

Cons:

The approach road needs to be worked on, it seems work is going on.
