I would recommend the location but not this apartment.

The apartment was very hot with no air con. The fans provided did not work at the sheets and pillows in rooms were dirty with dirty mops and sheets just left in one of the bedroom wardrobes. Also the bedroom doors were cracked and also the side table near the sofa with chips all on the paint. Compared to the other apartments my friends had this was the lowest quality by far!!!.

Worst host experience day before XMAS
Pros:

I will definitely be staying in other units again in Masingita as this was not my first stay there , but I will be sure to never book with CGRSA hosts again. They put us in a filthy unit much lower than what we had paid for.

Cons:

We booked and paid for the balcony unit however the host called less than 24hrs rudely requesting us to cancel the booking as the unit we paid for was not available. Bearing in mind that flights and payments were already prearranged, we were not in a position to pay for another property let alone find an available accommodation in less than 24hours on Christmas Eve. The host Balalwa/ Miranda was extremely rude and blatantly said we should not be a pain in her ass she did not need our money.

Should have stayed in a hotel
Pros:

The room we booked was switched at the last minute.

Cons:

There was no soap in any of the bathrooms. Staff were disinterested and referred us to the booking agent, who we could not get hold of.

It was not a pleasant stay at all

The breakfast was great , and the building overall was perfect ,

Cons:

The staff didn't look like they were expecting us , everyone looked confused ,
We had to wait for the keys for some time , where i was made to wait for the uber outside in the cold
It looks like the host didn't care
