Pros:

The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The building has a wonderful heritage vibe, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

Charming friendly place with great character
Pros:

Great location just a short walk from the metro. Great building with lots of character and charm. Friendly staff welcomed us. Nice room with comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Got to be careful with the shower as it is at a higher level than the room. Although the floor slopes to the waste hole it is easy to accidentally wet the floor in the bathroom near the door.

Bir otel yöneticisi olarak çalışmış biri olarak gözlemim tüm otel misafir memnuniyetinin düşünülmüş olması. (Terlik, buklet malzemeleri, complementary şu, kişi sayısına göre ilave görmüş eklemeler vb. ) çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibar ve saygılı. Reception görevlisi Anastasia hanıma çok teşekkürler.

Pros:

Отличный отель с идеальным расположением и что немаловажно для путешественников на автомобиле есть парковка за шлагбаумом у отеля. В отеле понравилось абсолютно все, а главное люди которые там работают.Мы выезжали из отеля ранним утром, нам в дорогу собрали ланчбоксы с едой. Так же случайно забыли в отеле куртку, работники отеля очень помогли и выслали нам ее с уезжающим гостем в Батуми. От всей души благодарны работникам отеля, спасибо вам большое, обязательно будем вас рекомендовать и если будем в Тбилиси то вернемся к вам снова)

מלון נחמד בלב העיר החדשה.
Pros:

מקום נחמד במרכז העיר החדשה. חדר מרווח ונעים.
חשוב לציין את אריקראל (מקווה שלא טעיתי באיות) פקיד קבלה שקיבל אותנו במאור פנים ודאג שנצא בזמן אחרי ארוחת בוקר שהכין לנו בעצמו ובנפרד משאר האורחים.

I think they should close the hotel and turn it into a coffee shop, so people can drink their coffee under the trees.

in an area that's relatively close to the old town, and on a side street off the main road. I liked the hotel's location

Cons:

We couldn't stay in our assigned room on the first day because the previous guests had extended their stay by a day and were given a worse room. They moved us to our room on the second day. The room we stayed in was flooded due to a clogged shower drain, even after calling a technician, they only gave us towels. The breakfast was also terrible. We had a much better breakfast at another, more affordable hotel. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very low.

Хороший отель в центре города, не дорогой. Номер был просторный.
Pros:

Расположен в 250 метрах от метро Марджинишвили, есть бесплатная парковка для автомобиля, завтрак простой, но сытный.
