за год отель сильно деградировал
Pros:

Хорошее место, историческое, рядом с метро, удобно

Cons:

Ремонт, состояние инфраструктуры отеля, все очень печально и в ветхом состоянии, отель требует ремонта, с водой и горячей водой проблема, электричество с разболтанный фурнитурой, ручки в дверях вываливается
Такое состояние отеля не может столько стоить уже, непонятно за что платишь

Cok kibar, her türlü problemi çözmek icin uğraşan bir personel var. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi Türkçe biliyor ve cok yardımcı oldu bize. Rahat ve huzurlu hissedeceğiniz bir ortam, odada dis fırçası saç kurutma makinesi terlik var. Kahvaltı cok iyi. 3 çeşit peynir, 2 çeşit marmelat ve bal, domates salatalık biber havuç, mısır gevreği, yulaf ve bir kaç çeşit yulaf çıkıyor. Hem tavuk hem de domuz eti jambon seçenekleri var, 3 çeşit farklı sıcak çıkıyor her gun. Otel cok merkezi, her yere ulaşımınız araçla 10 dakika. Biz araba kiraladık ve otopark imkanı da var. Sessiz ve sakin bir otel. Hersey icin cok teşekkür ederiz. Oda her gun temizleniyor. En guzel yani ise, gittiğim en lüks otellerde bile perdeler hep toz içinde olurdu, burada asla toz kokusu yok. Hersey tertemiz. Yataklar inanılmaz rahattı, asla sırt bel ağrısı çekmedik.

Cons:

Yaşadığımız tek sorun geçmeyen tuvalet kokusu. Havalandirsaniz dahi geçmiyor. Bir de oda cok sicak değildi. Hastalanma korkusundan isinamayiz diye dus alamadık. Ama şunu da göz önünde bulundurmak gerek, gittiğimiz tarihte hava -5 derecelerde seyretti. Bunu düşününce yine de oldukca iyiydi.

Pros:

Everything was excellent! The staff was incredible, really eager to help with anything, also really friendly. It was clean, the breakfast was good enough. The location is perfect, right next to the metro spot, very central. Overall great experience, it was our second time staying there, and we will definitely visit again.

Прекрасный персонал. Уютные комнаты со всеми удобствами. Есть парковка и собственный дворик с диванчиками и столиками в окружении зелени!!!! До станции метро 5 минут ходьбы!!! Очень удобное расположение!

Pros:

Tiflise trenle geldigimiz icin erken vardık. Danismadaki beyefendi hem güzel türkçe biliyor hem de bizi erkenden alıp kahvaltı da edebilirsiniz dedi. Biz hiç uyuyamadığımız için kahvalti edemedik ama düşünmesi güzeldi. Odalarda temizlik güzeldi. Çalısanlar ilgili gayet güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Otel eski bir yapı üstüne kurulu olduğu için ne kadar yenilense de biraz eskiliği bulunmakta. Kahvaltı biraz daha çesitlendirilebilinir diye düşünmekteyim.
Genel olarak güzel bir otel, herkese tavsiye ederim. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz
