The initial arrival was pleasant, but after the first night the service began to deteriorate. Like not service water with breakfast and only having just one choice of breakfast.
Also the essentials for the room ( such as soap, complimentary water, tea, toiletries etc) was only provided for the one day and having spent and paid for three days.
When I complained to the manager she started avoiding my presence and told the staff to lie she was not around even when her personal line and bag was visible for everyone to see
Comfortable bed

Is opposite the factory,so tracks always moving and making noise.

The customer service was excellent and exceptional. The owner, Madam Beauty is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers and goes the extra mile to prove this.

Absolutely nothing.
Absolutely filthy. First impression you we could tell that the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. All the white rugs were brown like someone had stepped all over them, we had to request for them to be changed. The toilet had a very strong smell of urine, we had to request for it to be cleaned. And the icing on the cake was when we finally got into the rock hard bed and found a large blood stains which had gone through both bed sheets. Isn’t it great to know that even the sheets were changed before we arrived? The site manager Mr Johnson tried his best to make amends, but my goodness probably the worst stays we’ve ever had in our lives. The only time we saw the owner of the hotel is when she came to take payment, and I’m sure she heard of all the issues we had with our room. Thank God we only booked one night here because we were so uncomfortable.
