Smithe House is a fully contactless property.
All communication, check-in, and support are handled digitally to give you maximum flexibility and privacy during your stay.

After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure link to complete your pre-arrival process. This includes uploading a photo of your government-issued ID and providing key details about your stay. Once completed, your digital check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival.

Please note the following important information:

Housekeeping: Optional and available on-demand for a nominal fee. Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our Hospitality Hosts.

Parking: Paid parking is available in the alley behind the building. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Suite Variations: Layout, furniture, and décor may vary slightly from photos.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Damage Deposit: A CAD $500 credit card hold is processed a few days before arrival. It’s released within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection.

Guest Requirements: Photo ID and credit card are required for check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No Parties: Hen, stag, or similar group events are not permitted.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Vancouver. Well maintained and modern apartment.
Pros:

New modern structure, nice decoration and lighting, comfortable large beds, air conditioning, good location, quiet flat in spite of being at a crossing of a main busy street.

Cons:

Shower water pressure was too low.

Convenient location, modern, nicely kept.

Cons:

Self-service for toiletry items-located in exterior hallway closet. Ladder for bunk bed in 2nd bedroom was metal and narrow-very uncomfortable to use. Had to ask numerous times for umbrellas from staff, during our stay it was forecasted to rain. The bedrooms were very small in comparison to living area. The 2nd restroom was tiny. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. There was no maid service during our 4 night stay. They only provide it for additional cost or over 14 days!

Cons:

No housekeeping, found used underwear in the closet.
For the amount asked there should have been a change of linen at least once. Especially because on google maps it’s rated as a 5* hotel

Der Aufenthalt war optimal für unsere Vorhaben. Ezwas zu gross geratene Küche, wenn man die Räumlichkeiten betrachtet.
Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum/ Stadium war perfekt. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war tiptop.
Vor dem Einzug bekommt man zum Teil die Nachrichten auf verschiedene Wege. Die eBookingApp ist nicht so klar und übersichtlich
