Smithe House is a fully contactless property.
All communication, check-in, and support are handled digitally to give you maximum flexibility and privacy during your stay.

After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure link to complete your pre-arrival process. This includes uploading a photo of your government-issued ID and providing key details about your stay. Once completed, your digital check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival.

Please note the following important information:

Housekeeping: Optional and available on-demand for a nominal fee. Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our Hospitality Hosts.

Parking: Paid parking is available in the alley behind the building. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Suite Variations: Layout, furniture, and décor may vary slightly from photos.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Damage Deposit: A CAD $500 credit card hold is processed a few days before arrival. It’s released within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection.

Guest Requirements: Photo ID and credit card are required for check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No Parties: Hen, stag, or similar group events are not permitted.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious and amazing with a kitchen and many utensils. The bedroom is great with a huge TV. Would love to stay here again if I were to return to Vancouver.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The apartment truly felt like home: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a family trip. The self check-in process was smooth, and the team’s online support was excellent. If I return to Vancouver in the future, I will definitely choose Smithe House again!

Quality accomodation right in the heart of Vancouver
Pros:

Vey comfortable bed and quality kitchen facilities. Plenty of great supermarkets and places to eat/drink. Proximity to water taxi for crossing to Granville island, so no need for taxi or Uber

Cons:

Nothing all the facilities you need with a bonus washer and dryer

Cons:

Very loud, multiple noise issues through walls and from other guests. No staff on overnight so nothing to be done about parties and disruptive guests. Very expensive

Pros:

This is a LOVELY property which is fully-equipped with everything you might need for a short- or long-term stay, and in a fabulous location. We were extremely pleased, and will definitely stay here again if/when in Vancouver.

Clean and simple.
Nice beds.

Cons:

The location is loud at night. We were woken up several times either by cars or people screaming on the street.
Also check in at 4:00 PM is quite late.

Das Hotel hat eine fabelhafte Zentrale Lage. Das Hotelzimmer war mit seinen 35 m2 großzügig, sehr modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir waren unglaublich glücklich und zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung.
