Pros:

Красивый вид на море, мало людей на пляже.

Cons:

Ужасно неудобные матрасы, очень жестко, всё тело болит. Постельное с пятнами. В номере вроде убрано, но сам номер требует ремонта, хоть немного улучшить его вид. Есть лифт, что очень удобно. Двери лифта залапаны так, что кажется тут кого-то убивали. Завтраки начинаются в 10.00, слышно сразу, пахнет жаренным на весь отель. Таких завтраков ещё не встречали.

Pros:

В номере уютно и чисто, уборка по требованию без нареканий. Расположение у моря просто шикарное,
Рядом ресторан Парус, где очень вкусная еда и персонал супер. Хозяйка Нона помогала и решали оперативно любые вопросы. Включенный завтрак тоже хороший. Всегда было что выбрать в неограниченном количестве.

Cons:

Все было отлично, единственное что сам отель ещё не был готов к посетителям. Мы приехали в конце июня, много чего ещё убиралось и мылось на территории отеля. Бар не работал в котором можно было выпить чашечку кофе и бокал вина посетителям отеля бесплатно. Этой функцией мы не воспользовались.

Pros:

Расположение прекрасное, сама гостиница небольшая, но уютная практически на пляже. Местное кафе очень вкусное. Бассейн чистый и весь период активного солнца в тени, были на нём с 12 до 16, не обгорели. Прекрасный администратор помогала со всеми текущими вопросами. Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство ❤️

Pros:

No parking space. No coffee in the room. You have to ask for extra towels , it's not provided if longer than one day. Hotel pool had music so loud you don't hear yourself speaking . Breakfast included was not worth the money. Hotel restaurant took forever to bring food or drinks . Not to mention AC not working in the room on a 40 Celsius heat. Had to ask for shampoo all we got was some badly wash . Paid over 800 lari for 2 days Not worth it.

Pros:

Breathtaking view, warm, clear water, good restaurants and shops nearby, comfortable bed, very very helpful and attentive, friendly staff. They don't speak English, but open to try everything to understand each other so it's okay.

Cons:

It's under construction so not evertyhing works properly yet (for example: there wasn't always water in the bathroom, but after a bit it came back, there was a certain smell from the toilet in the morning etc.), but it's manageable.. The parking area is a bit small for the hotel. But the view and the staff worth everything.

Basic accomodation in the perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is on the first line. My balcony overviewed the beach. Really tasty home-made brekfast. Friendly staff

Cons:

Staff was not always available. Doors in the room were a bit outdated. Hot water was not always really hot. Breakfast was only from 9:30 - I considered it was a bit late

Pros:

one of the best places in Kobuleti. Great view from the hotel. First coastline. well appointed rooms. The hotel has a great swimming pool. There is also a small parking lot. There are many beautiful plants on the territory. very friendly staff. many cafes and shops nearby
