I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Assigned parking spots. Accessible to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Provided beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for free. Great value for the price.

Cons:

The facilities are very clean, but a bit dated. That’s understandable because it is considered historic. TV could be larger, and the interiors are a little bit more modern. Speaking as an architect, I could use and slight interior upgrade.

New office staff , not as friendly as previous ones
Pros:

Location - no car needed

Cons:

Room had black flies!
Musty smell and broken coffee maker
Warning - don’t book room 1, right next to Peanuts bar - loud music until 1am
Should be disclosed and discounted for sure
