месторасположение близко к центру

Cons:

1.очень маленькая комната с одним маленьким окном и без решёток на окнах так что невозможно проветрить. 2. вытяжка в ванной работает очень слабо и только при вставленном чипе, так что вам необходимо ждать в номере пока все проветрится. 3. дворик требует уборки. 4. номер был со сломанной седушкой в туалете, ее отремонтировали по требованию но хотелось бы чтобы такие вещи проверялась заранее. 5. это не гостиница а скорее большая квартира, а вернее первый этаж здания поделенный на апартаменты для сдачи. 6. в общем результат цена-качество не соответствует.

Pros:

Hotel jest kameralny, bardzo ładny, nowoczesny i czysty. Lokalizacja obiektu - świetna. Właściciel to przemiły człowiek, który był z nami cały czas w kontakcie. Pomagał w wyborze restauracji, odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania i dbal, abyśmy czuli się komfortowo.

Cons:

Generalnie podobało mi się wszystko poza jednym: okna nie były całkiem szczelne i słychać było odgłosy ulicy.

The location.
The hotel is 2 years old so everything is new and in good shape.

Cons:

When I got to the hotel at 19 the hotel was closed. When u look through the glass door u don't see a lobby. Only a table with laptop and fax machine.
After 10-15 minutes the owner came and was very nervous why I didn't phone her. She didn't apologise and was unfriendly all my stay. the hotel s not for people who are not very digital. Even the owner didn't succeed to open T.v. only her husband understood that T.v operates by application. Also to get Internet u need to scan....no lobby. No reception. No toilet if u left the room.I came to take my luggage after leaving and was told I cannot use toilet. There are only in the room. Not even 1 toilet in public place in the hotel. big disappointment .disappointment

Such an amazing and beautiful place. Room was clean and hot water in the shower. Even got a little bottle of wine for my stay! Everything I needed was answered. There is also a lovely little yard that you can relax and enjoy the sun. The host was so kind, he allowed me to check out later due to my flight time. He was so kind. Thank you!

Very pleasant, clean and comfy accommodation with lovely hosts in the heart of Larnaca.
Pros:

Inna and Petros were lovely hosts, communicated well, responded to messages quickly and were always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfy and pretty. Since the accommodation was self-catering, I really appreciated the kettle, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, and wine glasses, and especially the fridge. There was also fresh fruit, tea and coffee, wine and bottled water ready when I arrived. A small but thoughtful detail I really appreciated was the European power socket adapter. The rest of the property was nice and clean as well, and no noise came from the street at night. The location was great, too - only a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of Larnaka and from the seafront.

Cons:

My only issue was how difficult it was to dry anything in the room. Wet towels and clothes stayed damp for days. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would be a wonderful detail to make drying stuff easier. The wi-fi had its low moments, but overall worked okay.
