Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the hotel's exceptional hospitality made a wonderful first impression. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Nina spoke excellent English and Russian, making communication effortless, and took the time to explain what I could see and do in both Larnaca and around Cyprus.
I arrived well before the official check-in time, yet they went out of their way to prepare my room as early as possible, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was spotlessly clean—one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. They even provided an extra towel specifically for the beach, a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more comfortable.
The room's minimalist design was modern, elegant, and very relaxing. Everything felt well thought out and inviting. Most importantly, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
If I ever return to Larnaca, I won't hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, immaculate rooms, and a place that truly makes you feel at home.

Cons:

Everything was great! The only small suggestion I have is to provide complimentary travel-size shampoo in the room.

Un bonito lugar, recomendable si no necesitas dejar tu equipaje después de salir de la habitación.
Pros:

Las instalaciones, que están impecables. El patio con las mesitas. La ubicación cerca del centro y de la playa. El transporte desde el aeropuerto. La amabilidad de los anfitriones.

Cons:

En la plataforma se señala la posibilidad de hacer un check-out a las 16 h, lo que me animó a reservar en este hotel, pero habría que especificar que solo será posible si no hay reservas después. Se me dijo que podría no obstante dejar la maleta hasta las 16 h, pero tampoco es cierto, porque al tener muchos transportes de clientes y encargarse los anfitriones, no hay nadie en recepción para abrir, con lo cual tuve que dejarla en un "luggage storage", con el consiguiente gasto adicional.

Very modern and spacious hotel room. Great to relax and work in if you need to.
