Наверное не вернулся бы сюда..
Pros:

Новый отель.. в центре.. красивый…на первом этаже неплохое кафе!! Рядом глобус супермаркет .. хороший супермаркет .. очень внимательна и красивая девушка на рецепшен..

Cons:

Когда заселялся в номере был неприятный запах.. хорошо проветривал и включал кондер на тепло.. часов через 5 запах ушел.. но самое главное- это мптрасы!!! Они не жесткие,, они- дубовые.. один жил в номере.. соорудил из двух покрывал и одеяла с соседской кровати мало маломальскую мягкость.. первый раз встречаю такие дубовые матрасы .. довольно скудные завтраки.. но сытные..

Very poor breakfast, every day the same and cold; No soundproof- I could hear everything guests in a neighbouring room were doing; cheaply construction materials - that’s definitely not a 4 star hotel

Very modern and confortable hotel
Pros:

The bed! So comfortable! I could sleep for 11 hours in a row (the night after the Ala-Kul 2 days trekking)

패밀리룸 방이 엄청 넓고 좋았습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 무엇보다 호텔 위치가 너무 좋아요!

Nice clean hotel right in the middle of Karakol. Friendly , helpful staff and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Not much except for lack of soundproofing in rooms, so you can clearly hear noises from the corridor and surrounding rooms.

Es war der Perfekte Ort um Karakol zu erkunden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, der Wäsche Service hat sehr gut funktioniert, das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich!

Very recommendable hotel
Pros:

In general very good hotel. Nice & comfortable. All accessories what you need. Really liked it!

Cons:

A small downside are the high stairs up to reception.
Also couldn't figure out the blue and yellow colour soap/shampoo in the shower.
But those are just minor details

ほぼ、満足できました
Pros:

スタッフも皆丁寧で、交換を持て。部屋も非常に快適でした。
何よりもロケーションが良く、併設されている一階のカフェが、雰囲気も味も良く、毎日　利用してました。

Cons:

シャワールームの段差を覆う金属板の角が、非常に尖っていて、足裏を切ってしまいました。
スタッフに伝えて、マネージャーに伝えるとの事でしたが、四日間の滞在中、何の対処も無かったです。
また、スタンダードの部屋でしたが、冷蔵庫がなく不便でした。
