Lobby de oturma alanı yok. İkinci sınıf otel. Pansiyon gibi. Odalar küçük ve konforsuz . Pasaportları emanet olarak almak istiyorlar. Bu saçma . Tavsiye etmem

There’s no seating area in the lobby. It’s a second-rate hotel. It’s like a guesthouse. The rooms are small and uncomfortable. They want to keep your passports as a deposit. That’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel. After our stay, we were unexpectedly charged for a “makeup stain” on a towel, as if we had caused serious damage. This felt unreasonable and unfair — towels are standard-use items, and minor stains should be expected, not treated as billable offenses.

What made it worse was the lack of understanding or flexibility from the staff. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, it felt like they were looking for an excuse to charge extra.

Overall, this left a very negative impression. Be careful when staying here — you might end up paying for things that shouldn’t even be an issue. Never going back again!

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

My favorite hotel for a short stay, fantastic location. It offers free parking and has wonderful staff ( especially the front desk lady, she was lovely )
The rooms are spotless clean.
