Pros:

The location was so convenient and close to everywhere you had a lot of local shops cafes and anything you need was literally within minutes away. The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

The hotel staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Two out of three receptionists were arrogant and completely uneducated in customer service. At 1:30 a.m., I ran out of water and called reception and room service multiple times with no answer. I had to go down myself from the 19th floor to the ground floor. The receptionist arrogantly told me there was no water and that I should leave the hotel and find somewhere outside to buy it, if anything was even open. I am not from Prishtina and do not know the city at all. In the morning, I suggested they should at least have a refrigerator with water for emergencies, which is basic for any hotel. The response was: “The owner said so, there will be no refrigerator.” This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
