I wanted to give negative or zero stars but there is no option.

Cons:

Everything is worse, listed price is expensive for the amount and the displayed price in the site is very less than shown in the website.
It was a shocking and horrible experience with the stay. It was listed as an air-conditioned triple deluxe room.
I was requested to make the full payment in advance to avoid cancellation for my reservation.
After reaching the venue, there was no lift service, the room was dilapidated, soiled bed covers, broken down wardrobes, no air conditioner, broken TV, slow running fans, no hot water, leaking taps, broken windows in the bathroom and lot more disappointment.
I tried to get a replacement or another room but was not able to.
Please look for alternative as construction is still going on, rubble on the way to the rooms and don't get fooled by the three star hotel in the listing.

Great location. Need to improve on facilities and cleanliness.
Pros:

Great location as it is at Royal circle. The reception people are nice and cooperative. Good availability of TV channels. Room size is good.

Cons:

The facility is bit under construction. Bathroom needs more cleanliness. Bathroom door s don't close. There is no Wifi available in rooms.

I have not paid 1760rs i have stayed single person in bill showing 3adults amount will not claim from company, I have lost money no comfort I won't recommend company as well ur website.

Normal price is 950rs but u have charged 1760rs.

Pros:

Room was not allotted to me. They said that the room is a standard room and we can only get a room with Fan. For that city, the amount to be paid was too much and hence I checked into a better hotel with A/C at lower price and a nice car parking.
