Pros:

雖然叫Motel且外觀看起來令人卻步，但實際上是很不錯的住宿，地理位置非常好，離釜山車站很近，且旁邊就是草梁市場，非常多餐廳。
奶奶人很好，雖然語言不通但有任何問題奶奶都會盡力協助！住宿中沒有電梯，但奶奶都會幫客人提行李（雖然跟她說沒關係但奶奶還是會幫忙）若需要幫忙叫計程車奶奶也會協助
每天出門後都會有人收拾房間，補上瓶裝水、毛巾、衛生紙等，把被子折好並收拾垃圾，很貼心。

Cons:

小缺點是隔音沒有很好，聽得到隔壁的聲音但不至於太吵
整潔方面雖然有小瑕疵（毛巾、床單有少許污漬但床單上還有墊保潔墊是乾淨的），不過畢竟不是住飯店就不強求了
整體而言是值得推薦的住宿

帶了一位剛會走路的一歲小孩入住，小孩很喜歡韓式暖房，可以在房間裡走來走去，然後老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，充滿人情味，主動提供了很多協助，離開的那一天早上下大雨又要趕飛機，所以匆忙離開沒辦法好好跟老闆和老闆娘告別，只好在這裡跟老闆和老闆娘說聲 謝謝您們四天的照顧了~

Está muy cerca de la estación, en una calle secundaria detrás de la calle principal
Hay muchos sitios donde comer y cafeterías cerca

Solo tened cuidado porque está el barrio rojo por allí

Clean place and accommodating owner
Pros:

The owner is very helpful. She showed us around, took us to train station, and washed our laundry . The place is basic but very tidy and clean. She takes care of her property and guests.

Pros:

Despite the outside of the building, motel itself was very clean, nice and specious. The owner was the kindest person ever, she helps us with everything. It’s really worth the price. The location is perfect 4 min walk to busan train station.

老闆好像是阿嬤的樣子，原本是訂雙人房，結果阿嬤升級讓我們住三人房，我們才兩個人而已哈哈哈，房間很大，因為是為了看BTS的演唱會，才住一晚而已，但非常好睡！！阿嬤也很好，我們隔天下午回去取行李時，還問我們有沒有吃午餐，然後要推薦我們釜山好吃的食物，還說要請客來著，但我們因為要趕飛機，所以就沒跟阿嬤多聊了（感覺阿嬤很喜歡跟人聊天），住宿就在釜山車站對面，非常方便！！推薦大家可以訂～但住宿沒有電梯，所以要扛著行李走樓梯

La proximité de la gare de busan. La gentillesse et le sourire de la petite dame qui s'occupe de cet hôtel, nous demandant toujours si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Elle nous a même fait un early checking car nous avons une excursion le jour même.Notre chambre était propre, le lit comfortable , la clim qui fonctionne bien. Salle de bain très vieux mais propre et fonctionnel. Un petit frigo très utile pour mettre vos boissons...petites bouteilles d'eau mise pour les clients . Malgré que la dame ne parle pas un mot anglais on comprenait sa gentillesse.

Cons:

C'est un très très vieux hôtel de l'extérieur comme intérieur situé dans une ruelle un peu sombre et froide, limite qui vous met mal à l'aise. Notre chambre avait des parties de plancher qui était enfoncé à certains endroits rien de grave mais assez déplaisant. Et puis les escaliers que vous devez monter étaient pas top avec 2 grosses valises très lourdes . heureusement on était au premier étage.

The lady was the kindest human being ever. She gave us all 4 people umbrellas when it rained.

However, the room was not the cleanest ever and the shower really not practical. Water was everywhere.
