Pros:

Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten – mit sehr freundlichem Personal und köstlichem Essen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Beim Frühstück waren die Eier – ganz gleich in welcher Form – an keinem einzigen Tag frisch oder warm. Zu einem guten Frühstück gehören für mich auch appetitlich aussehende, frisch zubereitete Eier. Außerdem empfand ich es als sehr anstrengend, dass die Aufsicht im Spa-Bereich kaum funktionierte. Die Regeln wurden offenbar nach eigenem Ermessen ausgelegt – ob mit oder ohne Turnschuhe, springende Kinder im Pool oder eine Badehaubenpflicht, die eher freiwillig schien. Ich denke, eine klarere Kommunikation der Spa-Regeln und Aufgaben des Personals wäre ein wichtiger Schritt zur Verbesserung.

Pros:

És un hotel molt agradable! Les instal·lacions són increïbles, els detalls molt ben pensats i la decoració impressionant. El personal ha estat molt amable i atent. El menjar, excel·lent! I els paisatges són de somni! Sense dubte, repetirem, és el nostre hotel preferit!

Nos gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal.
Pero sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia ha sido el desayuno. No solo por la variedad, sino por la calidad excepcional de los productos. Se nota que apuestan por lo auténtico: productos caseros, de proximidad y de kilómetro cero. ¡Un 10!!
La habitación es amplísima y súper cómoda, ideal para descansar de verdad. El spa tambien esta muy bien, ideal para relajarte. Por último destacar el personal de masajes són realmente muy Buenos profesionales.

Cons:

La comida esta muy buena, pero es cara. Creo que deberían tener más variedad de platos con diferentes tipos de precios dando la opción de platos más asequibles.

Ideal para pasar en familia
Pros:

La habitación muy bonita con balcón y linda decoración. El spa está bien, ampliaron horario para niños de 9 a 11 y de 14 a 16h, genial si quieres ir con ellos.

Cons:

Por la noche la cortina de la habitación no era lo suficiente para que no entrará luz por la noche y la mañana, con un bebé eso es primordial. Teniendo en cuenta que es un ventanal enorme.
La puerta de la habitación entraba mucha luz del pasillo.
El horario de cenas era muy tarde a partir de las 20h.

Rest and relaxation guaranteed.
Pros:

Beautiful place and rooms in beautiful surroundings. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful. The highlight of the stay is always the restaurant. The quality of the food and service is exceptional. Waiting staff in the restaurant are amazing. Attentive , cheerful and friendly. Finally. Very varied and good quality buffet breakfast. Will be back again next year.

Cons:

The walls in the rooms not very sound proof. Our neighbors had some very boisterous children who made a lot of noise. We could also hear the TV very clearly.
The electronic toilet was not working. Maintenance came and changed the Mando but it still malfunctioned.
