La amabilidad y disposición del personal, por supuesto las instalaciones del hotel, es una preciosidad, dónde está situado... Somos vegamos y preguntamos por adaptaciones para cena y desayuno, y para nuestra sorpresa nos ofrecieron muchísimas opciones deliciosas, nada que ver con una simple ensalada como en muchos otros sitios.

Un 12 de 10, es nuestra segunda vez y no nos cansaremos de volver.

Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten – mit sehr freundlichem Personal und köstlichem Essen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Beim Frühstück waren die Eier – ganz gleich in welcher Form – an keinem einzigen Tag frisch oder warm. Zu einem guten Frühstück gehören für mich auch appetitlich aussehende, frisch zubereitete Eier. Außerdem empfand ich es als sehr anstrengend, dass die Aufsicht im Spa-Bereich kaum funktionierte. Die Regeln wurden offenbar nach eigenem Ermessen ausgelegt – ob mit oder ohne Turnschuhe, springende Kinder im Pool oder eine Badehaubenpflicht, die eher freiwillig schien. Ich denke, eine klarere Kommunikation der Spa-Regeln und Aufgaben des Personals wäre ein wichtiger Schritt zur Verbesserung.
