Amazing property
New and amazing design rooms! We stayed in Oliviero suite and it was fantastic!
Spa is greate! A lot of things to do!

Cons:

As a suggestion … the pillows could be a bit softer but this is just my preference

Un lugar totalmente recomendable
Pros:

Nos encanto el hotel en si, su decoracion y su tranquilidad. El servicio fue muy bueno, empezando por la profesionalidad de Jose en recepcion y la de Martin en el restaurante (a destacar tambien por su calidad y entorno). Por fin, y siendo muy exigente sobre ello, mi mujer dice que recibio en el SPA uno de los mejores masajes nunca visto.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gusto fue el servicio en el bar de la piscina, sin nadie mucho tiempo, lente y poco amable. Un punto claramente para mejorar.

Pros:

Beautiful property exceptionally clean rooms and gorgeous grounds. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was super friendly close enough to beautiful beaches yet you feel far away from the crowds.

A great stay, thank you!
Pros:

We loved our stay - so relaxing with young kids as there’s an excellent play room, child-friendly spa hours and a pool. It has a unique charm. Excellent restaurant staff who go above and beyond to make the kids feel special (and serve amazing food!). Also had a great massage. We didn’t have a car so just ended our trip around Costa Brava here to relax for a few days before the flight home and very glad we did. We didn’t get a room with a view and I reckon it would def be worth it!

Cons:

- Spa needs updating. I didn’t find the sauna enormously relaxing although it all added to the charm of the place so not a major problem.
- not a complaint but worth noting for future guests with young kids - we were told that there are no rooms with two double beds but on our last day realised the single bed also had a mattress which could pull out at a lower level - worth asking about for anyone with a toddler who is too big for a cot etc as we ended up all in one double which wasn’t ideal
- Not the hotel’s fault but the taxi company they booked for us turned up late and with only one child car seat instead of two so might be worth booking slightly earlier and reiterating the car seat importance if go through them
