Please note that access to the spa for children under 16 is only permitted from 09:00 until 10:00 and from 14:00 until 15:00, under the supervision of an adult.

Cómodo, tranquilo y de calidad
Pros:

Gimnasio muy básico pero suficiente para no perder el ritmo. Desayuno excelente y restaurante también.
Muy contento de la experiencia y de la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Repetiremos seguro.

Cons:

Lo único que encontré un poco justo fue el horario de Spa para los niños. Por el resto, muy bien.

Extremely disappointing experience despite high expectations

We booked a premium suite expecting a high level of service, but were left deeply disappointed by how the hotel handled a serious incident during our stay.

On the night before departure, the air conditioning unit in our room started leaking, soaking several personal and valuable items. We reported the issue immediately and provided photos, but no one came to inspect the situation or offer assistance. Instead, as we were still dealing with wet belongings, we were presented with the bill for a few drinks which felt entirely inappropriate given the circumstances.

Now, more than a month later, we’re still waiting for a proper response. The hotel insists we ship the damaged items from the Netherlands to Spain, at our own expense, so their insurance can possibly evaluate them. This request is unreasonable and not in line with the level of service a guest should expect especially when the damage was clearly caused by a failure on the hotel’s part.

Everything could have been addressed in a much more professional and empathetic manner. Sadly, this was not the case, and it overshadowed what should have been a relaxing and memorable stay.

Essen super, Location top (wenn alles funktioniert)

Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war sensationell gut, ebenso das Personal.

Cons:

Die Heizung unseres Zimmers war ausgefallen. Man bot uns an in ein kleineres Zimmer umzuziehen-zum selben Preis. Erst als wir das nicht akzeptierten bekamen wir ein besseres Zimmer. Diese Handhabung fanden wir nicht zuvorkommend - zunächst jedenfalls.
