Nice staff and location, but you have to ask to get the room cleaned.
Pros:

Great Location

Cons:

Had to ask to get the room cleaned and new towels. They did not do it even though the clean the room sign was displayed.

A place with high potential, take charge.
Pros:

The location is very good.

The people working seemed nice, it's a shame they don't invest in the appearance and maintenance of the place!!

Cons:

The place is not clean enough, we felt we did not get fair value for the price.

The place seems to have been heavily invested in in the past, but a little less so now. The place is not clean and not well-maintained, although the potential is evident, very good!

Cons:

Tight parking, room completely different from the photos, with a strong musty smell. The room was not soundproofed at all, allowing us to hear every word or movement of the neighbors. We were awakened at 6:00 by very loud noises coming from the bathroom that continued for 15 minutes (perhaps a gasoline engine for the water pump). Terrible.
