In short, the place was a decent place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept the room nice and cool.

Cons:

No warm water in the shower and the toilet didn't quite flush thoroughly. The water that fills the toilet tank took a long time to fill. The sink water came out low.

Fair. 7 out of 10. It was near a banchetto so it wasn’t hard for our stay to go out for a quick meal.
Pros:

Fair enought for it’s price.

Cons:

Water flow from the bathroom sink was frail. The room wasn’t ready and is still being cleaned when we arrived.

The Mamori Hotel is clean, bright and well designed. Looks new. Right in Allen.
Pros:

What a gem of a hotel! Allen is a vital link in the north-south transportation system and a very important ferry port. The Mamori Hotel is a clean, bright, well designed and run place to stay right in Allen. We are so happy to have found this new looking place and will be back for sure. Good wifi - best lighting we have seen - helpful staff and nice breakfast to get you started. It's really nice to be able to walk around Allen.

Cons:

We were not able to coax hot water out of the shower. No big deal - we still love the place.

Nice hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable. Room space.

Cons:

I should have requested softer pillows. Others may find the pillows ok. The AC vents are dusty, and need cleaning. The top of the cabinet needs cleaning from dust.

The weather was the only issue 🙄

The room & property was above & beyond clean. Lot of extras other hotels don't include... like coffee in the morning.
