Da keine zufriedenstellende Zimmerlösung gefunden werden konnte, sind wir vorzeitig abgereist.

Pool mit Meerblick

Cons:

Zimmer in Wohnblock auf der anderen Straßenseite, sehr hellhörig. Personal mit wenig Befugnissen, was die Handlungskompetenz sehr einschränkt, intransparente Kommunikationsprozesse.

Das Essen (Buffet) ist wirklich der Hammer. Ich hatte selten in Hotels so ein Frühstück und Abendessen (Kleines Buffet, man hat aber immer etwas gefunden). Qualitativ echt Top. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas kleiner, aber völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Parksituation in der Umgebung ist schwierig. Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist aber ein größerer, kostenfreier Parkplatz.

We booked Atalon and Kafuu Beach Club because it was presented as a beach club hotel, but the reality was very disappointing.

We were also told that there was no space for hotel guests to have dinner at the beach club, which was surprising considering the hotel is marketed around this experience.

The room quality was far below expectations. The room was old, had a strong moldy feeling, and lacked proper air circulation, especially in the bathroom. Our clothes became damp because of the humidity and poor ventilation. The bedsheets and general room condition also felt outdated and not at the standard expected for the price.

The “beach club” is expensive and, despite being promoted as part of the hotel experience, it is actually separate from the hotel. This was misleading. The food was acceptable, but the prices did not match the overall experience.

One positive point was the breakfast staff, who were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel also offers transfers but does not clearly explain the travel time. We were told about the transfer service, but not that the journey would take almost 3 hours from the airport. The normal drive should be around 1 hour and 15 minutes, so this was a very unpleasant surprise after arrival.

Overall, we expected a relaxing beach club holiday but experienced poor service, an outdated room, and a misleading presentation of the facilities. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und nett

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich nicht gut.
Die Zimmer ohne Meerblick sind in einem Anbau auf der anderen Straßenseite bei dem man dann auf eine steinige Hausrückseite blickt an der Müll abgeladen wird. Die Badezimmer sind unbelüftet und werden zu einem warmen feuchten Biotop. Zimmer sind allgemein winzig aber vorallem so hellhörig dass man JEDES Gespräch von nebenan hört. Jedes Türenknallen morgens oder Gespräche im Gang sind so laut als würde man dort schlafen.
