Pros:

Un petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec énormément de choix et très bon. Une chambre petite mais très confortable et très propre. Le personnel au petit soin, de jolies (et bonnes) recommandations au niveau des restaurants par le jeune homme à la réception. Merci !
Les extérieurs très sympa, une belle piscine avec une jolie vue, avec assez de transats pour tout le monde.
Très bien situé pour se promener le long du chemin, soit vers calla millor où il y a beaucoup de monde mais des activités. Ou vers port verd, des petites rues typiques et calmes.

Cons:

Il manquait un fer à repasser dans la chambre, nous n’avons pas demandé.

Ogólnie ok, ale nie uważam żeby hotel zasługiwał na 4 gwiazdki.
Pros:

Miły personel, lokalizacja bardzo dobra.
Hotel nie ma parkingu, ale w pobliżu jest publiczny parking, więc nie było z tym problemu. Śniadania bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Czystość pokoi na bardzo średnim poziomie. Podczas tygodniowego pobytu, jeden raz została odkurzona podłoga i może 2 razy zmienione ręczniki. Pani sprzątająca właściwie tylko ścieliła łóżko. Dodatkowo na kotytarzu w budynku bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, który był maskowany mocnym odświeżaczem. Dodatkowo łóżka były polowe, ale na grubych materacach i z wysokimi nóżkami.

Pros:

Zu den positiven Aspekten: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, zentral zwischen Cala Bona und Cala Millor. So ist man etwas abseits vom abendlichen Trubel, aber trotzdem nah genug, um alles gut zu erreichen.
Das Essen war sehr gut – sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen, mit einer Showküche, in der täglich frische Speisen zubereitet wurden.
Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht eingerichtet – insgesamt wirkt alles eher wie ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte kaum, was besonders störend war, da die Handtücher dadurch schlecht trocknen konnten. Auch die Betten quietschten bei jeder Bewegung, und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig – man hört fast alles aus dem Flur oder von den Nachbarzimmern.

Einmal wurde unser Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt – kann mal passieren –, aber dass die benutzten Kaffeetassen drei Tage lang einfach stehen gelassen wurden, war ärgerlich. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption hieß es, wir sollten die Tassen ins Waschbecken stellen, damit das Personal sie reinigt – keine besonders vertrauenerweckende Lösung.

Für Strandtücher muss man 10 € Kaution hinterlegen, und sie dürfen nur alle drei Tage getauscht werden. Wie die Handtücher in der Zwischenzeit trocknen sollen, wenn die Lüftung nicht funktioniert, bleibt ein Rätsel.

Zudem zieht Zigarettenrauch von außen schnell durch den Flur ins Zimmer – dadurch war oft ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar.

Der Poolbereich ist deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos dargestellt, und das Essen war häufig nur lauwarm, obwohl es unter Wärmelampen stand.

Insgesamt enttäuschend – vor allem im Vergleich zu den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Pros:

Todo. El sitio espectacular en una zona precioso, justo delante del mar. Las habitaciones comodidad, bonitas y limpias. Todo el hotel olía muy bien, generando un clima muy acogedor.

Mencionar que TODO el personal fue encantador, atento y muy amable con nosotros.

Recomiendo este hotel al 100x100. Yo repetiría sin duda.
