Traditional, serene hotel, great to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of big city life.
Pros:

Great onsen, very large room, quiet location next to the river. Absolutely gorgeous park/garden area.

Cons:

Hard beds. Sliding doors would benefit from insect screens to avoid mosquitoes entering the room.

The main woman at reception was exceptional checking us in, storing our luggage & ensuring we got a taxi to the train station on time even when uber was extremely busy.
Really nice onsen at the hotel.

Cons:

The shower head in our room was poor & we couldn’t figure out the hot water situation in the en-suite. This wasn’t a main issue for us as we were only staying one night, any longer and it would have been a pain point.

Super Lage, nah genug am Bahnhof und Bushaltestellen, gleichzeitig ruhig und direkt am Fluss gelegen. Das war Personal sehr freundlich. Wir wurden kostenlos zum Doppelzimmer mit Tatami-Bereich upgraded, was ich nur empfehlen kann, um wirklich den vollen japanischen Flair zu genießen. Mit den hotel-eigenen Yukata und Sandalen zum Onsen, danach am warmen Kotatsu im Zimmer entspannen - sagenhaft!

Cons:

Das Bad im Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber fällt nicht stark ins Gewicht, da wir uns sowieso immer im Onsen gewaschen haben.

別棟にあるお風呂に行くのに階段が怖かった。用意されてる草履が滑り易く、踏み外さないか用心しながら歩きました。

Pros:

Bel hôtel avec un onsen extérieur très agréable sans parler de la vue magnifique.
Personnel très agréable, chambre propre.
Plutôt bien situé.

Cons:

Matelas un peu dur malheureusement
Petit déjeuner bon mais dommage de ne pas pouvoir choisir entre plusieurs aliments plutôt qu'un plat unique.
