Pros:

酒店很好找，温泉场入口下来往山里走个600m就到了，酒店很不错，听着溪水声很舒服。服务真的太nice，有中文服务，温泉时间如何泡澡等都会仔细的和客人说一遍，温泉有2个，一个室内一个室外，非常棒！早餐都是配好的一人一份，很好吃，很饱！定的家庭间房间很大，榻榻米睡得也舒服。

Cons:

周围吃的饭店不多，需要走出山，也正常，毕竟温泉基本都在山上，所以酒店依山而建。

Pros:

房间很宽敞，整洁干净，附带的小温泉也很舒服😌房间内设施齐全，温泉有两个，顶层和屋内的，屋内的洗浴用品很好用。附近的环境很优美，楼下就有小咖啡馆，早起的客人不会饿着。前台会说中文，提供的寄存服务也很贴心。

Cons:

从车站走过来一直上坡，住四楼没有电梯，爬得比较累，能泡温泉放松算是弥补了这一点。

値段以上に楽しめたと思うので良い旅行になりました。
Pros:

思ってた以上に部屋が広くて良かった。
朝食も美味しかった。
スタッフの対応も良かった。

従業員の方がみんな親切でした

受付がすぐにはわかりませんでした。併設している別のホテルと同じ受付だということを、HPや入り口のあたりにもう少しわかりやすく記載してほしかったです。

Gutes Hotel, sehr fairer Preis. Grosses Zimmer im zweiten, etwas älteren Teil, mit Zugang zo Onzen welches sehr gut war.
Frühstück war gut, ohne Auswahl. Lage ca. 10 min zu Fuss bis Zentrum.

Pros:

お部屋が綺麗で、ユニットバスが室内にあるのが良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターがなく、4階まで大変だった。
駅から少し歩くのが気になる。
ツインルームにしたが、それぞれのベットの近くににコンセントがないことが不満。
逆にそれ以外はとても良い。

Enjoyed the nature of Hakone, but hotel lacked cozyness and refurboshment
Pros:

Location was good and reasonably good onsen
