El alojamiento está bien, habitaciones amplias, ducha con agua caliente, etc. Tiene una pequeña piscina y cocina común.
La ubicación no es la mejor. Por la noche, la calle queda completamente a oscuras y es necesario alumbrarse con la linterna del móvil. Aunque comentan que Port Vila es una ciudad segura, la falta de iluminación da cierto respeto a la hora de salir a cenar. Los restaurantes más cercanos se encuentran a unos 12–15 minutos andando.
También tuve un problema con el pago del alojamiento. La persona de recepción se equivocó y, en lugar de cobrarme, realizó una devolución a mi tarjeta. Para corregir el error tenían que cobrarme el doble del importe original, pero la propietaria insistió en hacerlo antes de que la devolución apareciera en mi cuenta. Cuando finalmente la recibí, el nuevo cargo que intentaron realizar era superior a la cantidad reembolsada y mi banco lo rechazó por considerarlo una operación sospechosa. Al final tuve que realizar una transferencia internacional a una cuenta de Vanuatu. Creo que la situación podría haberse gestionado con más calma y mejor comunicación.
It has a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Well organised and had everything we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

La calle cuando cae la noche es muy oscura. No hay luz. Hay que ir con la linterna del movil si sales a algún restaurante. Te dicen que es muy segura la zona, pero hasta que pase algo...

Nice little oasis in the city. Rooms situated around a pool with a sitting area. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here 14 years before, and while the management had changed, the place hasn’t lost its charm. I came back for a reason and will come back again in the future.
You do hear cars on the road, if you are a light sleeper you might want to use ear plugs.
The place has a lot of positives. The shared kitchen was well equipped and clean. We also enjoyed the common areas and the location, very central and close to town and supermarkets. The staff was amazing, always helpful and available. We had an issue with our bathroom but they were fast to fix it and even gave us another room.
We booked for three people but I think the room is not big enough to host more than two. The room was pretty small and the beds take all the space. The bathroom has some details that could be improved like the shower that has some issues with the temperature of the water. The curtain did not stop the water from coming out and gets inside the shower reducing the space. Overall, the place is a very good option if you want to visit Port Vila, but there could be some little improvements for the price paid.

バスを乗りこなせるようになると、便利だが、最初は分からなくて、歩かなければならなかった。
キッチンはスタッフの私物が多く、どれがフリーで使っていいものか、わかりにくかった。スタッフもいろんな人がいる。
私がチェックアウトする前に、荷物の整理をしていた際、部屋の掃除をしたいと言われたが、もう少し待ってくれたらいいのにと思った。客のことより自分の都合を優先している感じはした。
ベッドの下は部屋の照明が暗かった。

The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Sand in the shower and coffee all over the kitchen sink. One of the beds weren’t made up. Spoke with reception and they helped us sort everything.
Easy location, a few minutes walk from a supermarket and about 10-15 mins from the airport.
Rooms were air conditioned, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of plug sockets and a fridge in the room.
Staff were very helpful with booking transfers and any queries.
The shower didn't get hot
The immediate area around isn't very well lit, so you felt you needed a torch on the road for safety
