Pros:

The hotel is situated in a traditional Chinese garden. our room has stunning garden views and excellent interior amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Suzhou. I would definitely come back again.

Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite. The hotel was converted from a private garden so the pathway was made by rocks. It was not smooth to carry the luggage and no lift due to the purpose of keeping the style. However the concierge carried all the luggage to our room upon check-in and check-out. We visited the place with my parents and baby so we had 4 big suitcases. I really appreciated their hospitality when I stayed.

Nothing and I would like to stay there next time when I have chance to visit Suzhou
