no heating toilet backed up all over the carpet & no real answers from the staff so had to leave a day early pay for more accommodation elsewhere & still no refund

Pros:

Sure had atmosphere and enjoyed the room and sea vuew

Cons:

Little bit too noisy for me in the bar with the loud continuous music but there were many more positives than negatives.

Was adequate for one night but woukdnt like to have stayed any longer than that.

The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

The room was cold - radiators were not working, and it got very chilly in the evening/morning. The bed frame was very creaky/noisy - every time one of us moved. Might be time to invest in a new bed.

In all had nice break and hotel was rite where we wanted it with sea view
Pros:

Property was clean & friendly and had a good laugh too ,

Cons:

Won’t say didn’t like it , just had no hot water and rads didn’t work in room but didn’t complain as used kettle water in sink to wash as had a shower

Pros:

Room was big with great location by seafront. Good to have a side enterence to accommodation.
Great big bathroom. Good shampoos and shower gel supplied. Good tv.

Cons:

The enterence Hall and Stairs Carpet was very dirty and unkempt. Radiator in room and bathroom did not work so room was quiet cold. No teaspoon on tea making tray.

We spent one night only but wish we could hsve stayed for longer on a proper holiday so might go back
Pros:

It is close to restaurants, coffee shops and train station and church. We went to a funeral so it was ideal. It is close to the beach yet quiet and was a safe place.
The room was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The many stairs. Quite steep small steps to go up to the bedroom

Cons:

Couldn't check in as they had double booked our accommodation tried to blame booking.com claiming they had cancelled our reservation on the 14th August. Booking.com unaware of this. Property not honouring a request to return the money they have had for an unfulfilled reservation avoid this property. Multiple people were left without accommodation over bank holiday weekend and had to find alternative arrangements.
