Pros:

I didn't like anything, I don't recommend stopping.

Cons:

Very old photos which not contain to reality. Old furniture, bed cleaning in washroom, fridge didn't work properly.

Cons:

Lots of dust in the room and thin walls and the toilet is old, need some maintenance and not clean enough as it was so dusty and had a spider web and lots of ants so it is not really worth my money. The staff was having no manners as they keep talking to each other loudly about their personal life and suddenly talking about a smell of some guy who has just walk passed by while I was checking in at the reception counter. I was asking them about their hotel information but they couldn’t hear me because they were talking about themselves and not focusing on their job/duty.

Air-conditioning was troublesome. The whole time we stayed, and I asked for help and could not get any.
Pros:

When was big Ben was comfortable shower and toilet facilities were fine

Cons:

Air-conditioning had no control. It was either too cold or too hot. Absolutely did not like the location. It was more for people on business and it was for people on leisure.
