Pros:

The location of the property is the best. You are within walking distance from the two main beaches. Playa Sosúa and Playa Alicia. Also walking distance to the main restaurants at Pedro Clisante street.
Also the staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The property needs maintenance, the bathroom and shower work but they show signs of poor maintenance.
It did not jeopardize the stay I would go back again.

Excelente atención por parte del personal del hotel, instalaciones con una vista maravillosa para recibir el atardecer y amanecer, precio bien economico para todo lo que ofrece, supero mis expectativas. 100 % recomendado.

Beautiful Mediterranean style hotel with superb view at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Beautiful Mediterranean style hotel built in the mid 1990’s with a beautiful central staircase with a mahogany handrail and a superb view overlooking the ocean bay. Hotel is built right on the rock coast with direct access to a boat by means of stairs cut into the rock - boat not provided. Beach is about 150 meters away leaving Hotel and going up the street. Nice breakfast included with 4 options: American breakfast, Fruit w /granola cereal breakfast , Dominican style breakfast and finally Continental breakfast. A/C worked fine.

Cons:

It could use a coat of paint in certain places, though we were there in low season and they had obviously given a coat of paint to many places so maybe they weren’t finished yet.

Fue muy bueno, el lugar con una vista espectacular y excelentes atenciones del personal. Muy amables.

Cons:

Está un poco deteriorado pero está en remodelación. Espero puedan lograr mejorar el aspecto porque hay mucho que disfrutar de ese hermoso lugar.
