Pros:

As I told you, the staff at this hotel didn't treat me well and demanded another payment verbally, even though I had already paid through their app. When I refused, they refused to let me in and kicked me out. Now I'm asking you to refund my money.

Sono arrivato al Simge Hotel il giorno 11.07.2026 alle ore 19:00 circa. Avevo una prenotazione e relativo pagamento online già da giorni, ma quando sono arrivato alla reception hanno preteso ulteriori 20 euro sostenendo che il prezzo applicato era un errore di booking. Non c'è stato margine di trattativa, le possibilità che mi venivano offerte erano due, o pagare i 20 euro o andarmene. Ripeto che non c'è stato alcun modo di discutere, ero stanco dopo un lungo viaggio ed era sera già (non c'era tempo e modo di cercare un altro hotel e NON mi avrebbero restituito i soldi che gia' avevo pagato) quindi ho pagato i 20 Euro (non mi hanno voluto rilasciare neanche la ricevuta per cui non ho prove). Premetto che gli avevo scritto alcuni giorni prima di partire per chiarimenti sul Ceck-IN e mi avevano risposto che tutto era ok e che mi aspettavano (nessuno accenno al futuro pagamento). Sono un viaggiatore esperto e sono anni che viaggio con Booking; è la prima volta che mi capita una situazione del genere. Ho chiesto varie volte supporto a Booking usando vari canali ma dopo 4 giorni nessuna risposta...

The place is so bad that I called the police because the hotel is full of lice. And they didn't return my money. I booked two days and didn't live. I ran away from the lice from this dirty residence.

Cons:

A bad place and I hope that this dirty hotel will close, full of filth and lice. I hope you go and see with your own eyes an uninhabitable place.

L'emplacement est bien, mais cela ne compense pas le manque d'hygiène

Cons:

Présence de punaises de lit (Bed bugs) dans la chambre. J'ai été piqué sur tout le corps. C'est inacceptable et dangereux pour la santé. L'hygiène est à revoir complètement

They give me the room in the basement and anyone can see me inside my room through the window. Because there were no proper curtain just a white one and the toilet was too small, its impossible to take shower in the room. Also the 1 owner was rude.

There are bedbugs all over the room, biting me all over my body. I'm currently undergoing treatment in Georgia, and I have a fever all over my body, and I feel just plain bad.

In addition to the problems I already reported, they charged me 10 euros for checking in early, even though Booking confirmed my check-in at that time.
