Kein Hotel zum Entspannen
Pros:

Das Früstück war eine 10 von 10, so eine große Auswahl haben wir noch in keinem Hotel bekommen.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich bot nur zwei Sonnenschirme bei 30 Grad. Schattenplätze gibt es keine. Die Polsterliegen waren nass von den Gästen die vorher darauf gelegen haben. Den ganzen Tag lief Musik. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unfreundlich und genervt. Das Essen im Restauarant überteuert und geschmacklich eine 0.

Struttura peggiorata, non un vero 4 stelle.
Pros:

La struttura di per sé è quasi decente ma ho notato un rilevante peggioramento dalla prima e dalla seconda volta in cui vi ero stata per la prima volta. Peggioratissimo.
Il cibo presso il ristorante Aroma è rimasto abbastanza buono.

Cons:

Il servizio è ok al ristorante, meno per il resto. Non un vero quattro stelle. Accappatoi e biancheria duri come il marmo. Camere sporche. Letto scomodo.

Ottima esperienza. L’hotel è ben curato, confortevole e organizzato. Un punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: professionale, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire assistenza con cortesia e competenza, senza risultare invadente.

Il servizio è stato efficiente durante tutto il soggiorno e ogni richiesta è stata gestita con rapidità e attenzione. Un ambiente accogliente che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e senza inconvenienti.

Tutto molto bello
Pros:

A parte un piccolo problema al check in risolto prontamente con upgrade della camera e sconto benefit tutto perfetto
Struttura molto bella e pulita, nota di merito al ristorante (5 stelle) assolutamente da provare

The experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Cons:

The breakfast was extremely poor and disappointing—not at all the kind of rich, enjoyable breakfast you would expect while on vacation.
The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.
The service was very slow throughout our stay.
The spa is fairly standard and nothing special. The massage we received was below average and far from what you would expect from a hotel that markets itself as a “spa hotel.”
The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Without a car, it’s almost impossible to stay there comfortably, which is a major limitation.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Le fait qu’il demande une tenue de soirée pour manger au restaurant est exagéré, pas grave nous avons été ailleurs (et c’était délicieux) des rideaux vraiment occultants devraient être mis aux fenêtres
