Buena atención del personal

Cons:

No nos dieron la habitación de las fotos, era muy pequeña, habían muchos zancudos, la puerta del baño tenía un agujero, el agua del inodoro se salía y habian cucarachas en el baño.

Por la madrugada nos asustaron porque se escucharon pasos muy fuertes en la lámina, estaban caminando arriba del cuarto, luego bajaron y se pusieron a hablar a la par de la habitación, no logramos descansar cómo esperábamos.

Very good value in Guatemala city.
Pros:

Central location and walking distance to central market and main tourist sites. The hotel is safe with entrance door locks. Owner is very helpful. Free drinking water refill.

If you want to be raped, robbed or attacked then book to stay here

Made a reservation.

Got to the hostel only to find a security guard blocking the way who would not let me in. Told me they had no rooms.

I speak fluent Spanish.

I showed him the reservation.

He didn't care. He said they have no rooms. They are over booked.

What if it was even later at night? What if I was a woman travelling alone?

Not concerned about the consequences of suddenly making someone who HAS A RESERVATION THAT YOU A LEGALLY OBLIGED TO HONOUR suddenly homeless with no phone access, no local money and no way to find another hotel other than walking in random directions in the dark in a dangerous city at night that they don't know?

Yeah so if you want this experience and risk being attacked and homeless then yeah book this place.

Pros:

we stayed at another property called hotel Letona because our booking was not available someone else took our room, so we had to pay another uber
but at the hote Letona they stole my phone and glasses
when we stayed at hotel Malibu prior to this stay everything was ok for the price except a bathroom without a door and a dripping sink and clogged shower
