Pros:

May was such a lovely host. We were warmly welcomed at the gate and enjoyed the air-conditioned room and swim to cool off after a hot day. May was so sweet in looking after me when I was sick in bed for a day - checking in on me with cups of tea and rice porridge to ease my upset tummy. She really went above and beyond....for which I was very grateful.

Pros:

Un entorno muy agradable, la zona de la piscina es preciosa, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Personal muy simpático y atento. Buena ubicación. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en nuestra estancia en Vietnam.

Cons:

A las 7 am empezamos a escuchar a gente bañándose en la piscina y hablando muy alto por lo que nos despertaron. No es culpa del hotel si no de la educación de las personas.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat einen Pool und die Betten waren bequem. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise. Das Hotel ist erwas abseits und deshalb in der Nacht auch schön ruhig. Man kommt gut zu Fuss zum Königspalast.

Самое главное в этом отеле - это персонал или это хозяева (до конца не поняла). Их забота и внимание создают уют и ощущение дома. Спасибо им большое за это!
В остальном чисто, комфортно, в соотношении цена/качество вполне приемлимо

Pros:

An absolutely amazing stay! The accommodation was beautiful, perfectly clean, and in a great location, within walking distance of everything. But what makes this place truly special are the owners. They are incredibly kind people who went above and beyond for us. Whatever we needed to arrange, nothing was a problem. We felt right at home here.

Pros:

Lage vom Hotel war gut um die Kaiserstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden die meisten Restaurants liegen aber auf der anderen Seite vom Fluss da läuft man ca 30 Minuten. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war geräumig und Bad war auch super.
