Cons:

I booked 3 rooms with a jacuzzi bathtub but only 1 had one, they offered me an update with a room with a view which didn’t make much of a difference. When I questioned it they gave a silly excuse.

Nice but not an ultimate
Pros:

Old property in a prime location. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are clean

Pros:

Service was very good. Big Thanks to Kelly and Rachel who provided lovely service. The buffet was good.

Cons:

Housekeeping when the servicing room was not that clean. The bathrobe they replaced in the room was very worn out, very teary. I did take it to Reception to replace a new one. The toilet was not cleaned properly when servicing the room. They forgot to replace toilet paper. So we used our own. It was all the little things that were not checked properly.
